本实用新型公开了一种LED路灯模组,包括有多个LED灯珠,将多个LED灯珠通过螺丝直接固定在散热器上,LED灯珠之间使用高温线连接,在LED灯珠表面覆盖一整体的透镜,在透镜与散热器之间设有密封垫。本实用新型为了更好的发挥的散热性能,采用一种功率4至6W的LED灯珠,直接将LED灯珠固定在散热器上,LED灯珠间使用高温线连接,一个模组采用10颗LED灯珠组成,表面盖一整体的透镜加密封胶垫来同时达到二次配光和防水的效果,由于灯珠与散热器间较传统LED路灯省去铝基板,节省成本的同时,散热效果更好。一个路灯采用二个或三个此模组组成,使整体灯具的热量分散,更好的解决了LED的积温现象。

    本实用新型一种LED灯,尤其涉及一种LED路灯模组。
背景技术
LED路灯即半导体照明灯。它是一种基于半导体PN结形成的用微弱的电能就能发光的高效固态光源,在一定的正向偏置电压和注入电流下,注入P区的空穴和注入N区的电子在扩散至有源区后经辐射复合而发出光子,将电能直接转化为光能。它是一种固态冷光源,具有环保无污染、耗电少、光效高、寿命长等特点,因此,LED路灯将成为道路照明节能改造的最佳选择。传统LED路灯都是采用1W的LED灯珠,多颗串并联的方式焊接在铝基板上,(比如100W的就是100颗)。然后再将铝基板锁在散热器上,最后在LED灯珠表面安装有玻璃或PC罩,来达到散热和防水的目的,操作不方便,且结构复杂,LED灯珠热量必需通过铝基板才能导到散热器上,影响散热效果。

本实用新型目的就是为了弥补已有技术的缺陷,提供一种LED路灯模组。
本实用新型是通过以下技术方案实现的:
一种LED路灯模组,包括有多个LED灯珠,将多个LED灯珠通过螺丝直接固定在散热器上,LED灯珠之间使用高温线连接,在LED灯珠表面覆盖一整体的透镜,在透镜与散热器之间设有密封垫。
所述的散热器上固定10个LED灯珠组成一个模组。
所述的LED灯珠的功率为4至6W,具体功率可根据实际情况而定。
本实用新型的优点是:本实用新型为了更好的发挥的散热性能,采用一种功率4至6W的LED灯珠,直接将LED灯珠固定在散热器上,LED灯珠间使用高温线连接,一个模组采用10颗LED灯珠组成,表面盖一整体的透镜加密封胶垫来同时达到二次配光和防水的效果,由于灯珠与散热器间较传统LED路灯省去铝基板,节省成本的同时,散热效果更好。一个路灯采用二个或三个此模组组成,使整体灯具的热量分散,更好的解决了LED的积温现象。

具体实施方式
如图1所示,一种LED路灯模组,包括有多个LED灯珠1,将多个LED灯珠1通过螺丝直接固定在散热器2上,LED灯珠1之间使用高温线连接,在LED灯珠1表面覆盖一整体的透镜3,在透镜3与散热器2之间设有密封垫4。
所述的散热器2上固定10个LED灯珠1组成一个模组。
所述的LED灯珠1的功率为4W至6W。

1.一种LED路灯模组,其特征在于:包括有多个LED灯珠,将多个LED灯珠通过螺丝直接固定在散热器上,LED灯珠之间使用高温线连接,在LED灯珠表面覆盖一整体的透镜,在透镜与散热器之间设有密封垫。
2.根据权利要求1所述的LED路灯模组,其特征在于:所述的散热器上固定10个LED灯珠组成一个模组。
3.根据权利要求1所述的LED路灯模组,其特征在于:所述的LED灯珠的功率为4W至6W。
