在化工行业，各工序之间物料的转运通常通过输料绞龙来实现，当输送粘度较大的物料（如聚丙烯酰胺）时，常规结构的输料绞龙主轴就会出现弯曲变形，影响了输料绞龙的正常工作。
发明内容
本实用新型的目的在于提供一种结构合理、不易变形的粘度较大物料输送用推料绞龙。
为实现上述目的，本实用新型可采取下述技术方案：
本实用新型所述的粘度较大物料输送用推料绞龙，包括带有进料口和出料口的外壳以及水平设置在所述外壳内由电机驱动的工作主轴，在所述工作主轴上螺旋设置有输送叶片，所述工作主轴的中部套装有轴套，所述轴套通过支撑杆与所述外壳相固连。
靠近所述出料口的工作主轴与所述外壳之间通过支撑轴套相连接。
本实用新型的优点在于结构简单，主轴输送物料时不易弯曲，设备使用寿命长，减少了维修次数，降低了维修成本。

如图1所示，本实用新型所述的粘度较大物料输送用推料绞龙，包括带有进料口1和出料口2的外壳3以及水平设置在外壳3内由电机4驱动的工作主轴5，在工作主轴5上螺旋设置有输送叶片6，在工作主轴5的中部套装有轴套7，轴套7通过支撑杆8与外壳3相固连，这样在输送粘度较大的物料时，轴套7和支撑杆8对工作主轴5形成有力的支撑，保证了工作主轴5有足够的强度不会轻易弯曲，延长了工作主轴5的使用寿命；为降低制造成本，靠近出料口2的工作主轴5与外壳3之间通过支撑轴套相连接。

1.一种粘度较大物料输送用推料绞龙，包括带有进料口（1）和出料口（2）的外壳（3）以及水平设置在所述外壳（3）内由电机（4）驱动的工作主轴（5），在所述工作主轴（5）上螺旋设置有输送叶片（6），其特征在于：所述工作主轴（5）的中部套装有轴套（7），所述轴套（7）通过支撑杆（8）与所述外壳（3）相固连。
2.根据权利要求1所述的粘度较大物料输送用推料绞龙，其特征在于：靠近所述出料口（2）的工作主轴（5）与所述外壳（3）之间通过支撑轴套相连接。
