背景技术
离线退火钢丝表面在退火过程中表面形成一层致密的油脂与氧化铁垢层,在酸洗过程中酸液难以穿透该层与钢基体反应产生剥离效应,造成钢丝表面酸洗困难,酸耗高,严重影响钢丝的酸洗镀锌效果。
发明内容
本实用新型的目的在于提供一种退火钢丝表面氧化层剥除装置,能够快速有效地剥除钢丝表面的氧化层,确保产品质量。
本实用新型的目的是这样实现的,一种退火钢丝表面氧化层剥除装置,包括两只钢丝刷辊,两只钢丝刷辊之间间距为500mm,两只钢丝刷辊之间呈八字形分别水平布置在钢丝上下两侧,每只钢丝刷辊与钢丝之间都构成75o夹角,刷辊旋转方向与钢丝运行方向相反。
采用本实用新型结构钢丝表面氧化层剥除率达到40%,酸耗下降20%。镀锌成品返工率下降到1%。本实用新型能够快速有效地剥除钢丝表面的氧化层,确保产品质量。
