如附图1所示，本实用新型包括床板4、床架1、通过转轴3固定在床架1上的握盘2。
使用本实用新型时，平躺于床板4上，双手紧握握盘2，双臂反方向旋转，从而双臂在握盘2自转的引导下旋钮延伸，根据锻炼者自身感觉选择旋握盘2钮幅度。使得锻炼者双臂肌肉、胸背肌肉得到恢复性锻炼，改善心肺功能，使病人达到康复锻炼目的。
