本实用新型涉及带有屏蔽板的编码器。
背景技术
编码器(encoder)是将信号(如比特流)或数据进行编制、转换为可用以通讯、传输和存储的信号形式的设备。其利用电磁感应原理将两个平面型绕组之间的相对位移转换成电信号的测量元件，用于长度或角度测量工具。现有编码器屏蔽功能不佳，容易引入干扰信号，使波形不稳定，影响通信的准确性，因此必须保证屏蔽线可靠的焊接及接地。
实用新型内容
针对上述问题，本实用新型旨在提供一种屏蔽可靠，使得测量更为准确的带有屏蔽板的编码器。
为实现该技术目的，本实用新型的方案是：
一种带有屏蔽板的编码器，包括壳体、绝缘环、电路板固定座，所述壳体是金属材料制成；还包括屏蔽板，所述屏蔽板的一面为绝缘材料，另一面为导电材料制成；所述屏蔽板固定在所述电路板固定座上，；所述屏蔽板和外壳用导线连接。
优选的，所述壳体包括前端盖、外壳、后端盖，所述屏蔽板固定在所述前端盖上。
本实用新型提供的带有屏蔽板的编码器，防止干扰信号影响内部电子元件，使得波形稳定，测量结果准确度高。

下面结合附图和具体实施例对本实用新型做进一步详细说明。
如图1所示，一种带有屏蔽板的编码器，包括壳体1、绝缘环(未标示)、电路板固定座(未标示)，所述壳体是金属材料制成；还包括屏蔽板2，所述屏蔽板2的一面为绝缘材料21，另一面为导电材料22制成；所述屏蔽板2固定在所述电路板固定座上，且所述屏蔽板2导电材料22的一面朝外，利用绝缘材料21避免导电材料22与电子元件3的直接接触；所述屏蔽板2和外壳之间用导线3连接，使得屏蔽板与壳体之间形成一屏蔽腔体，用于设置电子元件3。
作为上述实施例方案中壳体的优选方案，所述壳体包括前端盖11、外壳12、后端盖13，所述屏蔽板2固定在所述前端盖11上。
上述实施例方案提供的带有屏蔽板2的编码器，防止干扰信号影响内部电子元件3，使得波形稳定，测量结果准确度高。

所述屏蔽板固定在所述电路板固定座或前端盖上；
所述屏蔽板和外壳用导线连接。
2.根据权利要求1所述的带有屏蔽板的编码器，其特征在于：所述壳体包括前端盖、外壳、后端盖，所述屏蔽板固定在所述前端盖上。
