本实用新型涉及导弹制造技术，特别涉及一种导弹尾盖。
背景技术
导弹通常由弹头、弹体结构、动力推进系统等组成，动力推进系统主要为发动机，发动机有排气用尾喷管，因此在导弹的尾舱设有开口，主要用于尾喷管的排气，另外，通过开口进行测试维护等；日常，为防止灰尘等进入弹体内部，在开口处设有尾盖。
目前，尾盖主要通过螺钉或螺栓固定于弹体上，容易引起松动；拆装时，必须借助螺丝刀或者扳手等工具，极其不便，而且在拆装时容易把螺钉等小零件落入弹体内部，造成麻烦。

本实用新型的目的在于提供一种导弹尾盖，结构简单，拆装快速方便，安全可靠。
为了达到上述目的，本实用新型采用以下技术方案予以实现。
一种导弹尾盖，其特征在于，所述导弹尾盖设有内凹式侧面和底面，所述内凹式侧面设有弹簧卡脚，所述底面外侧设有把手。
所述弹簧卡脚一端为圆弧端，所述圆弧端位于内凹式侧面的外侧。
所述弹簧卡脚为至少三个，周向布置于所述内凹式侧面上。
所述弹簧卡脚为弹性钢材料。
本实用新型的导弹尾盖，设有内凹式侧面和底面，内凹式侧面设有弹簧卡脚，底面外侧设有把手；内凹式侧面伸入尾舱开口，尾舱开口挤压弹簧卡脚，弹簧卡脚受力变形，进入尾舱开口，然后又迅速恢复原形，弹簧卡脚的圆弧卡在尾舱开口上，从而使尾盖安装在尾舱开口上，防止其脱落松动；卸装时，通过把手将尾盖整体拉出即可，结构简单，拆装快速方便，安全可靠。

具体实施方式
参照图1，为本实用新型的导弹尾盖的剖面示意图；参照图2，为图1中所示的导弹尾盖的俯视示意图。其中，导弹尾盖设有内凹式侧面1和底面2，内凹式侧面1伸入尾舱开口，形状根据尾舱开口形状确定，内凹式侧面1周向设有至少三个弹簧卡脚3，弹簧卡脚3通过螺钉连接、铆接或者焊接固定于内凹式侧面1，或者直接由内凹式侧面冲压成型，本实施例中，弹簧卡脚3铆接于内凹式侧面1上；底面2外侧设有把手4，把手4通过螺钉连接、铆接或者焊接固定于底面2的外侧，本实施例中，把手4铆接于底面2的外侧。
参照图3，为图1中所示的导弹尾盖的弹簧卡脚的结构示意图。弹簧卡脚3为弹性钢材料，一端为圆弧端，圆弧端位于内凹式侧面1的外侧；当导弹尾盖推入尾舱开口时，弹簧卡脚3受迫变形，直到圆弧的最高点进入尾舱开口，弹簧卡脚3恢复变形，弹簧卡脚3的圆弧卡在尾舱开口上，从而使尾盖安装在尾舱开口上，防止其脱落松动，并通过盖边5进行封口。
本实用新型的导弹尾盖，安装时，通过内凹式侧面1的弹簧卡脚3的变形使其安装于尾舱开口内，无需借助任何工作，安装方便；卸装时，通过把手4将尾盖整体拉出即可，安装和卸装过程中，不会出现把螺钉等小零件落入弹体内部的情况，而且结构简单，拆装快速方便，安全可靠。

3.根据权利要求1所述的导弹尾盖，其特征在于，所述弹簧卡脚为至少三个，周向布置于所述内凹式侧面上。
