下面结合图1和图2具体说明蓄电池铸焊机夹具定位结构的实施例,其包括夹具架2,所述夹具架2左右两侧分别设有一条纵向延伸的夹具定位槽23,两条夹具定位槽相互平行,所述夹具架2后端左右两侧分别设有一夹具定位螺钉1,所述夹具定位螺钉1包括螺钉本体,所述螺钉本体末端设有强磁铁10。
所述夹具架2包括分别设于夹具架左右两侧的两块水平设置的夹具定位板21,夹具定位槽23设于夹具定位板21下方,夹具定位板23上方水平设置一上支撑板26,上支撑板26左右两侧通过连接板25与夹具定位板21连接。
所述夹具定位板21下方连接一截面为L形的定位槽型材板22,定位槽型材板22侧边顶端和夹具定位板21底面固定,定位槽型材板22底边与夹具定位板间形成缺口。定位槽型材板22与夹具定位板21围成了夹具定位槽23,夹具20顶端设有两侧翼,夹具两侧翼插入夹具定位槽23实现夹具定位,夹具从夹具定位槽23前端插入然后滑行进入夹具定位槽23,当夹具20靠近夹具定位螺钉1时,强磁铁10有力吸住夹具20。
所述夹具定位板后端设有延伸板24,延伸板向两夹具定位板21之间的空间延伸,所述定位螺钉1螺纹连接在延伸板上。由于定位螺钉1螺纹连接在延伸板24上,可以调节定位螺钉的前后位置。
所述螺钉本体末端中心开设有圆柱槽,所述强磁铁10为圆柱形并嵌设于所述圆柱槽内。所述圆柱形强磁铁通过胶水粘接于所述圆柱槽内。或者强磁铁为圆台形,螺钉本体末端中心开设圆台形槽,且圆台形槽外侧端口径大,这样便于强磁铁放入。
