本实用新型涉及矿用救生舱。
背景技术
矿用救生舱是在矿井发生煤与瓦斯突出、瓦斯煤尘爆炸等灾变时,为矿井采掘作业等人员提供避难脱险或等待救援的安全生存空间。因此,要求救生舱具有安全可靠的抗爆破及其冲击能力,即救生舱舱体外壳的壳体具有优良的抗爆破冲击强度,其强度不低于0.3MPa安全防护要求。
目前矿用可移动式救生舱舱体外壳的抗爆破冲击结构型式,一般采用将舱体外壳壳体钢板间隔一定距离冲压折弯出整体内空形增强筋的方式,或采用在其内部表面密集焊接加强筋板的方式。上述结构型式虽然具有一定的抗爆破冲击性能,但还满足不了实际的抗冲击要求。
发明内容
本实用新型的目的在于克服现有技术的不足,对矿用可移动式救生舱舱体外壳的抗爆破冲击结构型式进行改进,提供一种新的结构型式的抗冲击增强式救生舱。
本实用新型是这样实现的:一种抗冲击增强式救生舱,由成型钢板外壳、内支撑加强条、支撑型钢、纵向筋板和横向筋板构成;其中,内支撑加强条间隔一定距离焊接在成型钢板外壳上,在内支撑加强条的外面再复焊上支撑型钢,支撑型钢和内支撑加强条组合成外表面的抗爆破冲击复合结构层;在成型钢板内壁表面再通过焊接或锚固方式固定上纵向筋板和横向筋板。
上述的内支撑加强条、纵向筋板、横向筋板采用实心或空心型棒材。
本实用新型的优点是:改进了舱体外壳的抗爆破冲击结构型式,在救生舱舱体成型钢板外壳的外表面上设置抗爆破冲击结构复合层,以增大救生舱舱体外壳抗爆破冲击面积,并同时提高救生舱舱体外壳抗爆破冲击的承压能力——提高其承压强度。同时,在救生舱舱体外壳成型钢板的内表面的不同位置上辅以加强筋板层,以进一步提高抗爆破冲击等功能,其抗爆破冲击强度可达1.4MPa—1.8MPa,为现有技术的4—5倍及以上),显著提高其抗爆破冲击能力,有效地阻隔了矿井发生煤与瓦斯突出、瓦斯煤尘爆炸等灾变对救生舱的破坏,保证了舱内人员脱险救生的安全可靠性。

如图1、图2所示,一种抗冲击增强式救生舱,由成型钢板外壳1、内支撑加强条2、支撑型钢3、纵向筋板4、横向筋板5构成;其中,内支撑加强条2间隔一定距离焊接在成型钢板外壳1上,在内支撑加强条2的外面再复焊上支撑型钢3,支撑型钢3和内支撑加强条2组合成外表面的抗爆破冲击复合结构层;在成型钢板外壳1内壁表面再通过焊接或锚固方式固定上纵向筋板4和横向筋板5。
上述的内支撑加强条2、纵向筋板4HE横向筋板5采用实心或空心型棒材。
