背景技术
缩分装置包括一种二分器，顾名思义通常将物料一分为二取得物料的二分之一，另外二分之一则不用作样品而被舍弃，现有的二分器通常在机架的两侧均设置有同样的接收斗，在一次制样完成后，需要作为样品的一侧接收斗连同相应样品被取走，相应地为了下次制样作业，另一侧舍弃的二分之一物料的接收斗也需要做相应的更换处理，这一部分的处理工作对于制样作业没有任何意义，只是增加了作业量。
发明内容
本实用新型目的在于解决上述问题，提供了一种缩分装置，具体由以下技术方案实现。
一种缩分装置，所述缩分装置包括机架、两端开通的缩分筒、挡板、接收斗以及若干出料插件，所述缩分筒竖直固定设置在机架上部，缩分筒内均匀插接有若干隔板，缩分筒内形成多个分料孔，所述出料插件插接在所述分料孔的下端两侧，所述出料插件内设有与缩分筒连通的出料孔，所述接收斗设置在缩分筒一侧且与所述该侧的出料孔相对，所述挡板与缩分筒另一侧对应的机架底部铰接。

该缩分装置包括机架5、两端开通的缩分筒1、挡板2、接收斗3以及若干出料插件4，缩分筒1为矩形筒，缩分筒1竖直固定设置在机架上部，缩分筒1内均匀插接有若干隔板11，缩分筒1内形成多个分料孔12，出料插件4插接在分料孔的下端两侧，出料插件4内设有与缩分筒连通的出料孔41，接收斗3设置在缩分筒一侧且与该侧的出料孔相对，挡板2与缩分筒另一侧对应的机架5底部铰接。
在使用时，将挡板转向靠近出料插件4的一侧，挡板外侧边缘与出料插件4下方的机架接触，弃料顺挡板流出，若弃料同样需要作为样品试用，则将挡板转向另一侧，使之平躺，便于置放接收装置。
本实用新型可以通过挡板将样品以外的物料直接挡送至弃料收集处，不需要在收集样品的同时对弃料进行额外的处置，节省了人力，提高了作业效率。
