Abstract

一种用于化学试样制取的移动式制样操作台，包括柜式支架，支架的底部设置滚轮，其特征是支架上设置二分器、接料盒、废料回收管道，二分器设置在支架的上端，接料盒和废料回收管道均设置在二分器的下面，即二分器的一个出料口伸到接料盒中，二分器的另一个出料口伸到废料回收管道。本实用新型可以减少制样过程中缩分操作的粉尘污染，实现废料自动回收，减小劳动强度，提高工作效率，有利于减少工作人员的健康损害。

本实用新型属于化学试样制取操作台。
背景技术：
现在的矿物原料试样制取操作没有专用的操作台，工作方式为在普通的桌子上放置二分器，二分器置于台面上，开口位置过高导致操作不便，试样缩分过程中粉尘污染严重，损害工作人员的健康，而且废料不能自动回收。
发明内容：
本实用新型的目的旨在减少制样过程中缩分操作的粉尘污染，实现废料自动回收，减小劳动强度，提高工作效率。
实现本实用新型的技术方案是：包括柜式支架，支架的底部设置滚轮，支架上设置二分器、接料盒、废料回收管道，二分器设置在支架的上端，接料盒和废料回收管道均设置在二分器的下面，即二分器的一个出料口伸到接料盒中，另一个出料口伸到废料回收管道。
本实用新型的特点是：底部装有滚轮，可根据工作需要在操作间随便移动；二分器放于操作台上，可方便取出及放入，便于清扫；缩分空间为全密封式，可减少粉尘污染；废料回收装置出口套有套环，与废料回收袋呈全密封对接，以实现余料自动收集；工具架为独立空间，可放置制样操作常用的工具。本实用新型功能多、使用方便，减小了粉尘污染、可提高工作效率。

实施例：图1、图2所示，本实施例包括柜式支架1，支架1的中间固定安装分隔板3，支架1的底部设置滚轮8，支架1的顶板8上设置二分器5(二分器5穿过顶板8并卡在顶板8上，随时可以拿出)，支撑板12固定安装在分隔板3与支架1之间，支撑板12上放置接料盒4，废料回收管道6穿过支撑板12且被支撑板12卡住，废料回收管道6的出料口8呈喇叭口，喇叭口之上的外围套有套环11(用于固定废料回收袋)；接料盒4和废料回收管道6分别设置在二分器5的两个出料口之下，即二分器5的一个出料口伸到接料盒4中，二分器5的另一个出料口伸到废料回收管道6中，二分器5的上面设置盖板7，盖板7通过合叶固定在顶板8上。
本实施例中的二分器选用镇江市科瑞制样设备有限公司生产的KER-86型。
