背景技术
汽车结构件(如车门、车前盖、车后盖)冲压成型模具由于尺寸较大,一般采用拼装形式构成,若干模具单元,最后需通过一箍套这样的结构件来连为一体。该箍套即凹模套的边缘,由于工艺原因,凹模套自身的边缘需作为修边刃口4用。但结构上,出于连接需要,在凹模套接近边缘的地方需设置一些孔,如图3所示。一般情况下,这些孔的设计离凹模套的边缘太近。在使用过程中,往往会导致凹模套本体1的修边刃口4强度不够,易导致凹模套本体1上修边刃口4的边缘崩塌。

本实用新型针对上述问题,提供一种结构简单、方便维修边缘冲孔的凹模套。

本实用新型应用于边缘设有孔3(冲孔)的凹模套,将凹模套进行改进后,孔3设在镶块2上,在使用时候孔3有磨损话,只需更换所述镶块2即可,无需将本体1一起更换,节约后期维护费用。并避免了修边刃口4的损坏。
