背景技术
在粉状物料（例如水泥、矿粉等）的生产或加工过程中，除去其中夹带的杂物、铁渣等杂质和颗粒较大的矿石粗颗粒是非常重要的环节，否则不但容易造成机械设备的损坏，而且会影响最终产品的质量。目前，传统的除杂方法主要是振动式筛分除杂法，该方法具有一定的除杂作用，但在工业化大批量生产过程中，用该方法进行粉料除杂费时费力，生产效率较低。
发明内容
本实用新型所解决的技术问题是针对上述存在的不足，提供一种除杂效果好、效率高的粉料除杂装置。
本实用新型所采用的技术方案是：一种粉料除杂装置，包括过滤箱，所述过滤箱呈筒状，过滤箱的下端连接有进料管，过滤箱的上端连接有出料管，过滤箱的箱体上设有清渣门，过滤箱的内部设有两层过滤隔板，每层过滤隔板中都具有滤孔，下层过滤隔板中滤孔的孔径大于上层过滤隔板中滤孔的孔径。
所述过滤隔板为磁性过滤隔板。
所述过滤箱的箱体上设有由排气管和排气阀组成的排气装置。
本实用新型的有益效果是：1、本实用新型可滤去粉状物料（例如水泥、矿粉等）中残留的杂物、铁渣等杂质和颗粒较大的矿石粗颗粒，有利于减少机械设备的损坏，保证最终产品的质量；2、本实用新型通过在筒状过滤箱内设置两层过滤隔板，起双重过滤作用，除杂效果好；3、本实用新型可安装在粉状物料的输送管道之间实现连续化除杂，除杂效率高；4、本实用新型结构简单、生产成本低，安装和使用方便。

本实用新型一种粉料除杂装置的实施例结构，如图1所示，包括呈筒状的过滤箱1，过滤箱1的下端连接有进料管2，过滤箱1的上端连接有出料管3，过滤箱1的箱体上设有清渣门7，过滤箱1的内部设有两层磁性过滤隔板，每层过滤隔板中都具有滤孔，下层磁性过滤隔板6中的滤孔孔径大于上层磁性过滤隔板5中的滤孔孔径。所述过滤箱1的箱体上还设有由排气管4和排气阀8组成的排气装置。
在生产过程中，粉体物料被真空抽出后自下而上进入过滤箱1内，经下层磁性过滤隔板6进行过滤后，再由上层磁性过滤隔板5过滤，从而有效滤去粉体物料中残留的杂物、铁渣等杂质和颗粒较大的矿石粗颗粒。

1.一种粉料除杂装置，包括过滤箱，其特征在于：所述过滤箱呈筒状，过滤箱的下端连接有进料管，过滤箱的上端连接有出料管，过滤箱的箱体上设有清渣门，过滤箱的内部设有两层过滤隔板，每层过滤隔板中都具有滤孔，下层过滤隔板中滤孔的孔径大于上层过滤隔板中滤孔的孔径。

3.根据权利要求1或2所述的水泥分层过滤器，其特征在于：所述过滤箱的箱体上设有由排气管和排气阀组成的排气装置。
