技术领域
本实用新型涉及STATCOM技术领域,尤其是涉及一种35kV集装箱式STATCOM系统H桥功率单元。 
背景技术
STATCOM(Static Synchronous Compensator)是静止无功发生器也称为静止同步补偿器STATCOM的简称,在响应速度、稳定电网电压、降低系统损耗、增加传输能力、提高瞬变电压极限、降低谐波和减少占地面积等多方面具有优越的性能。STATCOM装置并联于电网中,相当于一个可变的无功电流源,其无功电流可以快速地跟随负荷无功电流的变化而变化,自动补偿系统所需无功功率。STATCOM装置的基本原理是利用可关断大功率电力电子器件组成自换相桥式电路,经过电抗器并联在电网上,适当地调节桥式电路交流侧输出电压的幅值和相位,或者直接控制其交流侧电流,就可以使该电路吸收或者发出满足要求的无功电流,实现动态无功补偿的目的。 
随着电力电子技术的不断发展,电力传动与电能质量方面的设备不断地向大功率与大容量方面发展,因此,对于功率单元的容量及可靠性要求也越来越高。 
实用新型内容
本实用新型的目的是提供一种35kV集装箱式STATCOM系统H桥功率单元,该功率单元采用IEGT大容量开关器件,具有很强的通用性,安全可靠。 
为实现上述目的,本实用新型采用以下技术方案实现: 
一种35kV集装箱式STATCOM系统H桥功率单元,包括6个集装箱,每个集装箱包括26个H桥功率单元,26个H桥功率单元组成链式结构;所述的H桥功率单元由1#相模块、撬杠模块、2#相模块、旁路模块、电压传感器VS1组成; 
1#相模块包括两个完全相同的全控型开关器件IEGT1、IEGT2、直流滤波电容C3、缓冲吸收电路、续流二极管D1、D2,IEGT1并联续流二极管D1,IEGT2并联续流二极管D2,两个全控型开关器件IEGT1、IEGT2串联在一起,中间连接端引出为1#相模块的输出端;直流滤波电容C3接在正、负母线之间;缓冲吸收电路跨接在直流滤波电容C3与全控型开关器件IEGT1、IEGT2之间,并分别与直流滤波电容C3、两个全控型开关器件IEGT1、IEGT2形成并联;缓冲吸收电路由电感L1、电阻R1、二极管D5、电容C1构成,二极管D5正极端与电感L1相连,二极管D5负极端与电阻R1相连,电阻R1与电感L1相连;二极管D5的负极端还连接电容C1,电容C1另一端与负母线相连接; 
2#相模块包括两个完全相同的全控型开关器件IEGT3、IEGT4、直流滤波电容C4、缓冲吸收电路、续流二极管D3、D4,IEGT3并联续流二极管D3,IEGT4并联续流二极管D4;两个全控型开关器件IEGT1、IEGT2串联在一起,中间连接端引出为2#相模块的输出端;直流滤波电容C4接在正、负母线之间;缓冲吸收电路跨接在直流滤波电容C4与全控型开关器件IEGT3、IEGT4之间,并分别与直流滤波电容C4、两个全控型开关器件IEGT3、IEGT4形成并联;缓冲吸收电路由电感L2、电阻R2、二极管D6、电容C2构成,二极管D6正极端与电感L2相连,二极管D6负极端与电阻R2相连,电阻R2与电感L2相连;二极管D6的负极端还连接电容C2,电容C2另一端与负母线相连接; 
旁路模块由两个反并联的晶闸管SCR1、SCR2、旁路接触器KM并联组成,并联于1#相模块和2#相模块的输出端之间。 
电压传感器VS1设置于整流模块输出侧,其两端分别连接在正、负直流母线上,用于检测本H桥功率单元的中间直流电压。 
与现有技术相比,本实用新型的有益效果是: 
本H桥功率单元采用IEGT大容量开关器件,具有很强的通用性,安全可靠。

具体实施方式
下面结合附图对本实用新型的具体实施方式作进一步详细说明。 
见图1,一种35kV集装箱式STATCOM系统H桥功率单元,包括6个集装箱,每个集装箱包括26个H桥功率单元,26个H桥功率单元组成链式结构;所述的H桥功率单元由1#相模块、撬杠模块、2#相模块、旁路模块、电压传感器组成。 
见图2,1#相模块包括两个完全相同的全控型开关器件IEGT1、IEGT2,IEGT1并联续流二极管D1,IEGT2并联续流二极管D2。两个IEGT器件串联在一起,中间连接端引出为输出端;1#相模块还包括直流滤波电容C3,直流滤波电容C3接在正、负母线之间;1#相模块还包括缓冲吸收电路,缓冲吸收电路跨接在直流滤波电容C3与开关器件IEGT1、IEGT2之间,并分别与直流滤波电容C3、两个开关器件IEGT1、IEGT2形成并联。 
1#相模块的缓冲吸收电路由电感L1、电阻R1、二极管D5、电容C1构成,二极管D5正极端与电感L1相连,二极管D5负极端与电阻R1相连,电阻R1与电感L1相连;二极管D5的负极端还连接电容C1,电容C1另一端与负母线相连接。 
2#相模块包括两个完全相同的全控型开关器件IEGT3、IEGT4,IEGT3并联续流二极管D3,IEGT4并联续流二极管D4。两个IEGT器件串联在一起,中间连接端引出为输出端;2#相模块还包括直流滤波电容C4,直流滤波电容处接在正、负母线之间;2#相模块还包括缓冲吸收电路,缓冲吸收电路跨接在直流滤波电容C4与开关器件IEGT3、IEGT4之间,并分别与直流滤波电容C4、两个开关器件IEGT3、IEGT4形成并联。 
2#相模块的缓冲吸收电路由电感L2、电阻R2、二极管D6、电容C2构成,二极管D6正极端与电感L2相连,二极管D6负极端与电阻R2相连,电阻R2与电感L2相连;二极管D6的负极端还连接电容C2,电容C2另一端与负母线相连接。 
撬杠模块由BJT和电阻R4串联组成。 
旁路模块由两个反并联的晶闸管SCR1、SCR2、旁路接触器KM并联组成,并联于两个相模块的输出端。 
该功率单元包括电压传感器VS1,电压传感器VS1设置于整流模块输出侧,其两端分别连接在正、负直流母线上,用于检测功率单元的中间直流电压。 
该功率单元采用IEGT大容量开关器件,具有很强的通用性,安全可靠。

1.一种35kV集装箱式STATCOM系统H桥功率单元,其特征在于,包括6个集装箱,每个集装箱包括26个H桥功率单元,26个H桥功率单元组成链式结构;所述的H桥功率单元由1#相模块、撬杠模块、2#相模块、旁路模块、电压传感器VS1组成; 
1#相模块包括两个完全相同的全控型开关器件IEGT1、IEGT2、直流滤波电容C3、缓冲吸收电路、续流二极管D1、D2,IEGT1并联续流二极管D1,IEGT2并联续流二极管D2,两个全控型开关器件IEGT1、IEGT2串联在一起,中间连接端引出为1#相模块的输出端;直流滤波电容C3接在正、负母线之间;缓冲吸收电路跨接在直流滤波电容C3与全控型开关器件IEGT1、IEGT2之间,并分别与直流滤波电容C3、两个全控型开关器件IEGT1、IEGT2形成并联;缓冲吸收电路由电感L1、电阻R1、二极管D5、电容C1构成,二极管D5正极端与电感L1相连,二极管D5负极端与电阻R1相连,电阻R1与电感L1相连;二极管D5的负极端还连接电容C1,电容C1另一端与负母线相连接; 
2#相模块包括两个完全相同的全控型开关器件IEGT3、IEGT4、直流滤波电容C4、缓冲吸收电路、续流二极管D3、D4,IEGT3并联续流二极管D3,IEGT4并联续流二极管D4;两个全控型开关器件IEGT1、IEGT2串联在一起,中间连接端引出为2#相模块的输出端;直流滤波电容C4接在正、负母线之间;缓冲吸收电路跨接在直流滤波电容C4与全控型开关器件IEGT3、IEGT4之间,并分别与直流滤波电容C4、两个全控型开关器件IEGT3、IEGT4形成并联;缓冲吸收电路由电感L2、电阻R2、二极管D6、电容C2构成,二极管D6正极端与电感L2相连,二极管D6负极端与电阻R2相连,电阻R2与电感L2相连;二极管D6的负极端还连接电容C2,电容C2另一端与负母线相连接; 
旁路模块由两个反并联的晶闸管SCR1、SCR2、旁路接触器KM并联组成,并联于1#相模块和2#相模块的输出端之间; 
电压传感器VS1设置于整流模块输出侧,其两端分别连接在正、负直流母线上,用于检测本H桥功率单元的中间直流电压。
