如图1所示:一种耐火低烟无卤电缆,它包括三个带有绝缘的导体1,每个导体外包有着色层3,所述着色层为低烟无卤阻燃聚烯烃塑料着色,三个导体外依次包有包带4和护套5,三个导体和包带之间设有填充绳6;所述绝缘为云母带7和陶瓷性硅橡胶复合带8;所述填充绳为玻璃丝纤维绳;所述包带为陶瓷性硅橡胶复合带;所述护套为低烟无卤阻燃聚烯烃塑料护套。本实用新型的绝缘采用云母带和陶瓷性硅橡胶复合带进行绕包,该绝缘在火焰灼烧下,会释放内部水分子,本身由柔软状态变成陶瓷状物质,形成一层保护壳,紧紧的粘在导体上,陶瓷性物质具有绝缘层功能,使导体不会短路,从而达到耐火的效果。
