Abstract

本实用新型公开了一种冰箱及用于冰箱的温控磁敏开关组件。其中,温控磁敏开关组件包括:温控磁敏开关;以及铰链罩,铰链罩具有开口,开口适于扣接在冰箱顶端的铰链上,温控磁敏开关设在铰链罩内。利用本实用新型的用于冰箱的温控磁敏开关组件可以实现对补偿加热器的开停的自动控制。另外,本实用新型还公开了一种具有上述温控磁敏开关组件的冰箱。

冰箱及用于冰箱的温控磁敏开关组件
技术领域
本实用新型涉及制冷技术领域,具体而言,涉及一种冰箱及用于冰箱的温控磁敏开关组件。
背景技术
为了解决冰箱在低温环境中无法启动的问题,冰箱一般均安装有补偿加热器。在现有技术中,补偿加热器的开停往往靠人工控制,控制起来很不方便。
为了实现自动控制,可以利用温控磁敏开关控制补偿加热器开停,但是温控磁敏开关通常被安装在压缩机仓内部,由于压缩机会产生热量而使压机仓内的温度提高,从而对温控磁敏开关感温造成影响,使冰箱在低温环境中冰箱仍无法启动。
另外,温控磁敏开关设在压缩机仓内部,更换和维修很不方便,并且安全性不高。
实用新型内容
本实用新型旨在至少解决现有技术中存在的技术问题之一。
为此,本实用新型的一个目的在于提出一种用于冰箱的温控磁敏开关组件,该组件可以对补偿加热器的开停进行自动控制。
本实用新型的另一目的在于提出一种具有上述用于冰箱的温控磁敏开关组件的冰箱。
为了实现上述目的,本实用新型在一个方面提供一种用于冰箱的温控磁敏开关组件,该组件包括:温控磁敏开关;以及铰链罩,所述铰链罩具有开口,所述开口适于扣接在冰箱顶端的铰链上,所述温控磁敏开关设在所述铰链罩内。
根据本实用新型的用于冰箱的温控磁敏开关组件,温控磁敏开关对冰箱所处环境的温度变化监测灵敏,可以补偿加热器的开停进行自动控制,从而可以有效地解决解决冰箱在温低环境中无法启动的问题。另外,更换及维修温控磁敏开关时只需打开铰链罩即可,非常方便,更具人性化设计,并且安全性更高。另外,根据本实用新型的实施例的用于冰箱的温控磁敏开关组件还可以具有如下附加的技术特征:
所述铰链罩的侧面上设有至少一个通孔。由此,温控磁敏开关可以与铰链罩外部空间贯通,有利于提高温控磁敏开关感温的精准性。
所述通孔为多边形或圆形。由此,可以使铰链罩更加美观。
所述铰链罩的形状与所述铰链的形状对应,所述铰链罩包括:主体部,所述主体部位于冰箱的箱体的正上方,所述温控磁敏开关设在所述主体部内;以及伸出部,所述伸出部与所述主体部一体成型,并由冰箱顶端前侧伸出。由此,可以将铰链罩安装在冰箱顶端的铰链上,温控磁敏开关可以预埋在铰链罩内。
所述温控磁敏开关与所述主体部的内壁连接。由此,铰链罩可以定位温控磁敏开关,有利于提高温控磁敏开关的稳定性,从而可以避免在例如冰箱移动或晃动时温控磁敏开关受到损坏问题的发生。
所述主体部与所述温控磁敏开关卡接。由此,可以将铰链罩与温控磁敏开关连接在一起,从而有利于提高温控磁敏开关的稳定性。
所述主体部的内壁上设有卡槽,所述温控磁敏开关与所述卡槽卡接。由此,有利于将铰链罩与温控磁敏开关卡接在一起,且安装及卸载温控磁敏开关非常方便。
所述铰链罩的顶壁具有螺孔。由此,可以通过螺钉将铰链罩定位在冰箱的顶板上,在更换或维修温控磁敏开关时只需卸掉螺钉、打开铰链罩即可,操作起来非常方便。
本实用新型的另一个方面提出一种冰箱,该冰箱包括:箱体,所述箱体内具有制冷间室;门体,所述门体通过铰链连接在所述箱体上以打开和关闭所述制冷间室;以及温控磁敏开关组件,所述温控磁敏开关组件为以上所述的用于冰箱的温控磁敏开关组件。
由此,冰箱的温控磁敏开关组件可以对补偿加热器的开停进行自动控制,从而可以解决冰箱在低温环境中无法启动的问题。另外,更换及维修温控磁敏开关也非常方便,且安全性更高。

具体而言,铰链罩10上设置有开口11,铰链罩10通过开口11可拆卸地连接在冰箱顶端的铰链上,例如,可以采用卡扣连接的方式进行连接,温控磁敏开关可以设在铰链罩内。
根据本实用新型的实施例的用于冰箱的温控磁敏开关组件,温控磁敏开关对冰箱所处环境的温度变化监测灵敏,可以补偿加热器的开停进行自动控制,从而可以有效地解决解决冰箱在温低环境中无法启动的问题。另外,更换及维修温控磁敏开关时只需打开铰链罩即可,非常方便,更具人性化设计,并且安全性更高。
下面参考附图描述根据本实用新型的实施例的用于冰箱的温控磁敏开关组件的铰链罩。
根据本实用新型的实施例,铰链罩上设置有通孔,通孔设置的位置以及数量不受特别限制。例如根据本实用新型的一些实施例,如图2所示,铰链罩10定位在冰箱顶板20上,铰链罩10的三个侧面上均设置有通孔15,通孔的形状及构造不受特别限制,例如根据本实用新型的一些实施例,所述通孔15为多边形及圆形。由此,使温控磁敏开关与外界空间相贯通,从而可以感受外界的温度变化。当然,出于美观考虑,相关技术人员还可以将通孔设计得更具观赏性,在此不予赘述,这些均在本实用新型的权利保护范围之内。
根据本实用新型的实施例,铰链罩的形状与铰链的形状相对应,如图1所示,该铰链罩进一步包括主体部12和伸出部13,其中,主体部12和伸出部13一体成型,主体部12位于冰箱的箱体的正上方,温控磁敏开关预埋在主体部12内,伸出部13由冰箱顶端的前侧伸出,扣接在冰箱顶端的铰链(未示出)上。由此,温控磁敏开关可以感受冰箱所处环境的温度变化,有效地避免了温控磁敏开关安装在压缩机仓内部因受热量干扰而影响其感温精准性的问题。
根据本实用新型的实施例,温控磁敏开关与铰链罩主体部的内壁连接在一起,连接方式保护不受特别限制。例如根据本实用新型的一些实施例,如图1所示,主体部12的内壁上设有卡槽14,温控磁敏开关与卡槽14卡接在一起。由此,不仅可以将温控磁敏开关定位在铰链罩上,并且安装及卸载温控磁敏开关均非常方便。
根据本实用新型的实施例,铰链罩上设置有螺孔,螺孔设置的位置及数量不受特别限制。例如根据本实用新型的具体实施例,如图2所示,铰链罩10的顶壁设置有一个螺孔16。由此,可以利用螺钉将铰链罩10定位在冰箱顶板20上,在更换或维修温控磁敏开关时只需卸掉螺钉、打开铰链罩即可,非常方便,更具人性化设计。
在本实用新型的另一个方面,本实用新型提出了一种冰箱。
如图1和2所示,根据本实用新型的实施例的冰箱,该冰箱包括:箱体(未示出)、门体(未示出)以及温控磁敏开关组件。
具体而言,箱体内具有制冷间室(未示出);
门体连接在箱体上以打开和关闭所述制冷间室,连接方式为铰链连接;以及
温控磁敏开关组件为根据本实用新型的上述实施例的用于冰箱的温控磁敏开关组件,前面针对用于冰箱的温控磁敏开关组件所描述的特征和优点,也当然地适用该冰箱,在此不再赘述。
根据本实用新型的实施例,冰箱顶端的铰链上扣接有铰链罩10,温控磁敏开关穿入冰箱顶板20设在铰链罩10内。由此,温控磁敏开关可以感受冰箱所处环境的温度变化,对补偿加热器的开停进行自动控制,从而成功地解决了冰箱在低温环境中无法启动的问题。另外,更换及维修温控磁敏开关也非常方便,更具人性化设计,并且安全性更高,增加了冰箱卖点。
本实用新型的温控磁敏开关组件除了可以有效地应用于制冷技术领域,相关技术人员当然也可以将其扩大至其它应用领域,在此不予赘述,这些均在本实用新型的权利保护范围之内。

1.一种用于冰箱的温控磁敏开关组件,其特征在于,包括:
温控磁敏开关;以及
铰链罩,所述铰链罩具有开口,所述开口适于扣接在冰箱顶端的铰链上,所述温控磁敏开关设在所述铰链罩内。
2.根据权利要求1所述的温控磁敏开关组件,其特征在于,所述铰链罩的侧面上设有至少一个通孔。
3.根据权利要求2所述的温控磁敏开关组件,其特征在于,所述通孔为多边形或圆形。
4.根据权利要求1所述的温控磁敏开关组件,其特征在于,所述铰链罩的形状与所述铰链的形状对应,所述铰链罩包括:
主体部,所述主体部位于冰箱的箱体的正上方,所述温控磁敏开关设在所述主体部内;以及
伸出部,所述伸出部与所述主体部一体成型,并由冰箱顶端的前侧伸出。
5.根据权利要求4所述的温控磁敏开关组件,其特征在于,所述温控磁敏开关与所述主体部的内壁连接。
6.根据权利要求5所述的温控磁敏开关组件,其特征在于,所述主体部与所述温控磁敏开关卡接。
7.根据权利要求6所述的温控磁敏开关组件,其特征在于,所述主体部的内壁上设有卡槽,所述温控磁敏开关与所述卡槽卡接。
8.根据权利要求1所述的温控磁敏开关组件,其特征在于,所述铰链罩的顶壁具有螺孔。
9.一种冰箱,其特征在于,包括:
箱体,所述箱体内具有制冷间室;
门体,所述门体连接在所述箱体上以打开和关闭所述制冷间室;以及
温控磁敏开关组件,所述温控磁敏开关组件为权利要求1-8中任一项所述的用于冰箱的温控磁敏开关组件。
