本实用新型涉及管路系统，尤其涉及在多层、多根导管并排布局的场合用于固定管路的装置。 
背景技术
在某些布局复杂但导管管径较小的管路系统中，现在一般采用不锈钢带材冲压成型的小型单卡箍、双卡箍进行固定。当系统日益复杂，出现多层、多根导管并排布局时，如仍然卡箍固定，卡箍数量会大量增加，并且需要在主结构件上留有足够的固定接口及操作空间，不利于结构设计及总装操作。 
实用新型内容
本实用新型所要解决的技术问题是提供一种管路固定装置，可以方便、可靠的实现多层、多根导管的统一固定。 
为解决上述技术问题，本实用新型的技术解决方案是： 
一种管路固定装置，其特征在于：所述装置由若干层分立的夹板组成，所述每层夹板上开有若干半圆形槽口并能与相邻夹板上的半圆形槽口配合形成圆箍状卡口用于固定导管，所述卡口与导管的接触面上粘贴有橡胶垫；每层夹板中部开设有螺栓孔，所述各层夹板通过螺栓组件互相联接，从而将放置在各槽口中间的导管夹紧，并整体固接到主结构件上，每层夹板之间留有间隙。
本实用新型可带来以下有益效果： 
本实用新型安装、拆卸方便，结构合理；可实现多根导管的紧凑、可靠固定。

图1是本实用新型的一个实施例的结构示意图，图1中1为螺栓组件、2为主结构件、3为橡胶垫、41为上夹板、42为中夹板、43为下夹板。 
该管路固定装置由三层分立的夹板即上夹板41、中夹板42、下夹板43共同构成，各层夹板相互配合可实现7个圆箍状卡口，卡口内粘贴1mm厚度的橡胶垫3用于保护管路并起到隔热作用，安装好后在各层夹板之间留有1.2mm厚度的空隙，该装置实现了5根直径10mm、2根直径16mm共计7根导管的双层可靠固定，各夹板之间以及该管路固定装置与主结构件2之间通过2个螺栓组件1实现连接。 
根据需要，可以增减夹板层数以及卡口数量，本结构可适应各种直径导管紧凑布局的可靠固定。

1.一种管路固定装置，其特征在于：所述装置由若干层分立的夹板组成，所述每层夹板上开有若干半圆形槽口并能与相邻夹板上的半圆形槽口配合形成圆箍状卡口用于固定导管，所述卡口与导管的接触面上粘贴有橡胶垫；每层夹板中部开设有螺栓孔，所述各层夹板通过螺栓组件互相联接，从而将放置在各槽口中间的导管夹紧，并整体固接到主结构件上，每层夹板之间留有间隙。
