Abstract

本实用新型是一种阀,在同一阀体上装有主副两阀芯。主阀芯是圆柱体,在上开一个槽,装配时一端与副阀体的进水口相通,另一端装有弹簧保证槽对阀体上主阀的进出水口,当副阀体进水口有压力时,主阀芯向弹簧一侧移动,从而实现对水的通断。副阀芯是圆锥体上打一个孔,装配好后与副阀体进出水口相通,旋转一定角度实现对水的通断。

背景技术
目前太阳能热水器上水阀无自停装置,如无人及时停止上水,水会从溢水口流出造成浪费。 
发明内容
本新型实用所需解决的问题是提供一种控制阀装在进水管路上,水满后能自动切断。减去上水时的等待时间,为大家节省时间,或上水时因人离开忘记关闭而水溢出不止的现象,减少资源的浪费。 
本新型实用是在一阀体上有一主阀芯和一副阀芯组成。主阀芯是活塞式常开的圆柱体,阀芯上开一槽,槽对着进出水口,阀芯左右移动就能实现对液体的通断。在阀芯的一侧有一弹簧,弹簧后有一调节螺丝,实现对阀芯的常开保证及阀芯动作力的调节。阀芯的另一侧与副阀进水口相通。副阀是在锥形圆柱体阀芯上打一通孔与进出水口相通,将阀芯旋转一定角度就能对液体实行通断。 
本实用新型的有益效果为:本实用新型在太阳能热水器上水时水满后能自动切断上水管路,从而停止上水,减去上水时的等待时间,以及上水时因人离开忘记关闭而水溢出不止的现象,减少资源的浪费。

具体实施方式
将该阀体的主阀进水口接在太阳能热水器的上水控制阀后,出水口接在淋浴器热水管路的前面。副阀进水口与太阳能热水器溢水口连接,出水口接下水管道。打开太阳能热水器上水阀对太阳能热水器上水,因主阀常开,上水没有问题,水满后太阳能热水器溢出的 水注满副阀与太阳能热水器之间的管道,因而对主阀芯—端有—压力,迫使主阀芯向弹簧一侧移动,只要移动一个横槽宽度就能对上水管路切断,从而停止上水。下一次上水只要先放掉副阀与太阳能热水器溢水口之间的水,消除压力,主阀芯在弹簧的作用下恢复常开上水。因本阀装在淋浴器热水管之前,故不影响使用。

1.一种阀,其特征是:在同一阀体上安装有主阀芯和副阀芯,主阀芯一端与副阀进水口相通,另一端装有弹簧,弹簧后有一个螺丝,在调节好压力后由螺帽并紧,主阀芯是圆柱体,在上开一个槽,槽对进出水口,移动一个槽宽就能对水进行通断,副阀芯为圆锥体,在上打一个孔与进出水口相通,旋转一定角度就能对水进行通断。
