Abstract

现有的注油式分离轴承，由于密封过严，用油枪注入润滑脂时，由于油压与油量无法控制，将会造成多余的油脂只能从密封盖的缝隙处外溢，严重时甚至会将密封盖憋开，进而导致轴承密封失效，使粉尘进入轴承内部造成轴承严重磨损，甚至损坏。

本实用新型的任务是提出一种可以将多余油脂从排油口排出，保证轴承密封盖不被憋开，从而延长使用寿命的一种可排油的分离轴承。本实用新型的任务是这样完成的，一种可排油的分离轴承单元，它包括分离轴承、轴肩、轴承套筒，其特征在于：轴肩上有一个注油孔通向分离轴承，所述轴肩上有一个向外排油的出油口。所述出油口里装有单向阀。
