背景技术
织物在煮炼、漂白、染色及印花后均需进行水洗，是整个染整工艺中用水最多的工序。现有设备都存在耗水量大，效率低等问题。

本实用新型目的是针对现有技术存在的缺陷提供一种网状水洗机。
本实用新型为实现上述目的，采用如下技术方案：一种网状水洗机，包括电动机及与电动机相连的循环泵，所述电动机通过大齿轮驱动网状筒体转动；所述网状筒体下部设有加热管；所述网状筒体内两端设有回流板，其中部设有回流腔隔板。
进一步的，所述网状筒体表面设有圆透孔，所述圆透孔直径在2—10mm之间变更。
本实用新型的有益效果：由于循环泵的抽吸，使洗液垂直穿透织物上的每一处微孔，充分发挥了洗液的洗涤作用，特别是用于洗涤针织物、丝绸织物效果更好。

图 1为一种网状水洗机，包括电动机7及与电动机7相连的循环泵2，所述电动机7通过大齿轮3驱动网状筒体1转动；所述网状筒体1下部设有加热管4；所述网状筒体1内两端设有回流板5，其中部设有回流腔隔板6。所述网状筒体1表面设有圆透孔，所述圆透孔直径在2—10mm之间变更。
