本实用新型公开了一种太阳能循环加热分体式玻璃钢沼气发酵装置,是由水箱、循环泵、入料管、加水管、出气管、观察表、罐体上半球、出料井盖、出料井、夹层出水口、罐体下半球、循环回水管、循环出水管、太阳能集热器、夹层进水口、保温夹层、玻璃钢沼气罐体组成的;玻璃钢沼气罐体由罐体上半球和罐体下半球两部分对口密封构成,是利用太阳能热水循环系统给带保温夹层的玻璃钢沼气罐体不断循环供热,增加和提高玻璃钢沼气罐体内沼气液发酵的温度,可有效地提高产气率,能较好的解决了北方地区传统沼气池因冬季低温产气难的问题,能有效地提高北方地区冬季的沼气产量。

技术领域
本发明涉及沼气生产的技术领域,尤其指一种太阳能循环加热分体式玻璃钢沼气发酵装置。
背景技术
沼气作为一种清洁能源,越来越为社会所接受,农村户用沼气池被作为新农村建设的重点工程,目前推广的沼气池主要以混凝土沼气池结构为主,存在建池周期长,建池质量难以得到保证,沼气池的产气率和原料利用率低,冬天难以实现正常产气,沼气池内的温度对沼液发酵产气起着重要的作用。虽然目前部分地区已经有了成型的玻璃钢沼气池产品,但都没有很好的解决北方冬季产气问题。
发明内容
本发明一种太阳能循环加热分体式玻璃钢沼气发酵装置,采用太阳能热水循环系统给带保温夹层的玻璃钢沼气罐体不断循环供热,可实现北方地区冬季正常发酵生产沼气之目的。
为解决已有技术的不足,本发明是这样实现的:一种太阳能循环加热分体式玻璃钢沼气发酵装置是由水箱、循环泵、入料管、加水管、出气管、观察表、罐体上半球、出料井盖、出料井、夹层出水口、罐体下半球、循环回水管、循环出水管、太阳能集热器、夹层进水口、保温夹层、玻璃钢沼气罐体组成;玻璃钢沼气罐体由罐体上半球和罐体下半球两部分对口密封构成,玻璃钢沼气罐体上部设置加水管和出气管以及观察表,一侧设置入料管插入罐体下半球内,玻璃钢沼气罐体下部四周设置保温夹层,保温夹层上设有夹层进水口和夹层出水口,玻璃钢沼气罐体下部一侧设置带出料井盖的出料井;太阳能集热器上部设置水箱,水箱上部设置带循环泵的循环出水管与夹层进水口连接,水箱下部设置循环回水管与夹层出水口连接,即为太阳能循环加热分体式玻璃钢沼气发酵装置。
本发明的有益效果是:利用太阳能热水循环系统给带保温夹层的玻璃钢沼气罐体不断循环供热,增加和提高玻璃钢沼气罐体内沼气液发酵的温度,可有效地提高产气率,能较好的解决了北方地区传统沼气池因冬季低温产气难的问题,能有效地提高北方地区冬季的沼气产量。

由附图所示,一种太阳能循环加热分体式玻璃钢沼气发酵装置是由水箱1、循环泵2、入料管3、加水管4、出气管5、观察表6、罐体上半球7、出料井盖8、出料井9、夹层出水口10、罐体下半球11、循环回水管12、循环出水管13、太阳能集热器14、夹层进水口15、保温夹层16、玻璃钢沼气罐体17组成;玻璃钢沼气罐体17由罐体上半球7和罐体下半球11两部分对口密封构成,玻璃钢沼气罐体17上部设置加水管4和出气管5以及观察表6,一侧设置入料管4插入罐体下半球11内,玻璃钢沼气罐体17下部四周设置保温夹层16,保温夹层16上设有夹层进水口15和夹层出水口10,玻璃钢沼气罐体17下部一侧设置带出料井盖8的出料井9;太阳能集热器14上部设置水箱1,水箱1上部设置带循环泵2的循环出水管13与夹层进水口15连接,水箱1下部设置循环回水管12与夹层出水口10连接,即为太阳能循环加热分体式玻璃钢沼气发酵装置。

1.一种太阳能循环加热分体式玻璃钢沼气发酵装置,其特征是:由水箱、循环泵、入料管、加水管、出气管、观察表、罐体上半球、出料井盖、出料井、夹层出水口、罐体下半球、循环回水管、循环出水管、太阳能集热器、夹层进水口、保温夹层、玻璃钢沼气罐体组成;玻璃钢沼气罐体由罐体上半球和罐体下半球两部分对口密封构成,玻璃钢沼气罐体上部设置加水管和出气管以及观察表,一侧设置入料管插入罐体下半球内,玻璃钢沼气罐体下部四周设置保温夹层,保温夹层上设有夹层进水口和夹层出水口,玻璃钢沼气罐体下部一侧设置带出料井盖的出料井。
2.根据权利要求1所述的一种太阳能循环加热分体式玻璃钢沼气发酵装置,其特征是:太阳能集热器上部设置水箱,水箱上部设置带循环泵的循环出水管与夹层进水口连接,水箱下部设置循环回水管与夹层出水口连接。
