技术领域
本实用新型涉及一种冷却装置,尤其是一种用于冷却滴管带的滴管带冷却装置。
背景技术
目前我国在用的滴灌带挤出机其配套的冷却装置,基本上都是通过吹风进行冷却的,这样的冷却方式一是冷却速度慢,二是会对滴灌带内部结构造成一定的损坏,因为滴灌带在热的时候容易变形,风速一大受力不均就会发生形变。
因此,一种结构简单,冷却效果好,质量稳定,不易造成滴管带变性的滴管带冷却装置被提出。
发明内容
本实用新型的目的是提供一种新型滴灌带冷却装置。
本实用新型包括水槽(1),特征在于水槽(1)内设有至少一组冷却系统,该冷却系统由水泵(4)、雾化头(6)和至少一组滚轮(2)组成,滚轮(2)通过固定板(3)与水槽(1)连接,该滚轮(2)可通过固定板(3)自由转动,水泵(4)设置在水槽(1)侧壁上,雾化头(6)通过水管(5)与水泵(4)连接。
作为改进,设有两组滚轮(2)。
作为改进,设有两至五组冷却系统。
上述滚轮(2)和固定板(3)均由不锈钢材料制成。
与现有技术相比,本实用新型具有结构简单,冷却效果好,质量稳定,不易造成滴管带变性等特点。

具体实施方式
实施例1:参照图1~2,为本实施例的结构示意图,包括水槽1、滚轮2、固定板3、水泵4、水管5和雾化头6,水槽1内通过固定板3安装有两个滚轮2,水槽1侧壁上安装有水泵4,水泵4上连接有水管5,水管5上安装有雾化头6,为热滴灌带提供一定的预冷却作用。
两个滚轮2的间距为300mm,为滴灌带提供足够的冷却距离;滚轮2和固定板3均由不锈钢材料制成,以增加使用寿命。
本装置的使用方法:水槽1内放满水,把热滴灌带穿在两个滚轮2下,在外界动力的带动下,热滴灌带通过冷却固化成型,而且通过雾化头6预冷却,产品质量稳定,冷却也快,生产效果好。
实施例2:参照图3,为本实施例的结构示意图,与实施例1相比,本实施例的不同之处在于,设有两组以上的滚轮2和与之相对应的雾化头6。

1.一种滴灌带冷却装置,包括水槽(1),特征在于水槽(1)内设有至少一组冷却系统,该冷却系统由水泵(4)、雾化头(6)和至少一组滚轮(2)组成,滚轮(2)通过固定板(3)与水槽(1)连接,该滚轮(2)可通过固定板(3)自由转动,水泵(4)设置在水槽(1)侧壁上,雾化头(6)通过水管(5)与水泵(4)连接。
2.根据权利要求1所述的一种滴灌带冷却装置,其特征在于:设有两组滚轮(2)。
3.根据权利要求1或2所述的一种滴灌带冷却装置,其特征在于:设有两至五组冷却系统。
