背景技术:
透镜是用透明物质制成的表面为球面一部分的光学元件。其在天文、军事、交通、医学、艺术等领域发挥着重要的作用。透镜的加工精度直接影响着成像效果,通常透镜表面都需要经过几道加工才能完成,而目前初加工透镜的夹具结构均较复杂、生产成本高。
发明内容:
本实用新型的目的在于提供一种透镜表面铣磨夹具,该透镜表面铣磨夹具不仅结构简单、设计合理,而且有利于降低生产制造成本。
本实用新型通过以下技术方案来实现:
本实用新型透镜表面铣磨夹具,其特征在于:包括外表面呈锥形状的弹性内套和设置在弹性内套外围的外套体,所述弹性内套后部可拆连接有一伸入外套体内的牵拉杆,所述弹性内套设有用于容设透镜的凹槽,在弹性内套的横纵向设有切割缝。
上述牵拉杆与弹性内套后部的可拆连接为螺纹连接。
上述弹性内套由尼龙棒制成。
本实用新型透镜表面铣磨夹具在使用时,将透镜粗坯放入凹槽中,通过牵拉杆往后侧牵拉,使弹性内套往外套体后端移动,弹性内套即被外套体压缩,从而夹紧镜片。

为了防止透镜的损伤,上述弹性内套1由尼龙棒制成。
本实用新型透镜表面铣磨夹具在使用时,将透镜粗坯放入凹槽中,通过牵拉杆往后侧牵拉,使弹性内套往外套体后端移动,弹性内套即被外套体压缩,从而夹紧镜片。
