本实用新型涉及一种普通车床除屑装置。
背景技术
现有技术中，在一些传统的普通机床的加工设备中，机床的切削头两侧没有设有设置挡板，主要是为了方便操作工的操作，但是在实际的切削加工过程中，由于切割的速度太快，导致切削到处乱飞，有时候会溅伤操作人员。
现有技术中，在挡板的侧壁挡住视线看不到切削程度，不便于观测。
实用新型内容
本实用新型提供一种结构简单、装载容易、便于操作、有效防止溅伤的普通车床除屑装置。
本实用新型解决技术问题提供如下方案：
一种普通车床除屑装置，包括车床，其特征在于：所述车床的一端具有切削头，所述切削头的下方两侧设有左、右轨道，所述左、右两轨道之间设有切屑箱，所述切屑箱的上端连通有左、右两抽风口，所述抽风口对准切削头。
所述切削头的上方设有切削液添加喷头。
本实用新型在车床的左、右轨道之间设置了切屑箱，在切屑箱的上端设置抽风口，可以有效吸附切屑，防止切屑溅射，伤害到操作员工的身体。

参见附图，一种普通车床除屑装置，包括车床1，所述车床1的一端具有切削头2，所述切削头2的下方两侧设有左、右轨道3、4，所述左、右两轨道3、4之间设有切屑箱5，所述切屑箱5的上端连通有左、右两抽风口6、7，所述抽风口6、7对准切削头2，所述切削头2的上方设有切削液添加喷头8。

1.一种普通车床除屑装置，包括车床，其特征在于：所述车床的一端具有切削头，所述切削头的下方两侧设有左、右轨道，所述左、右两轨道之间设有切屑箱，所述切屑箱的上端连通有左、右两抽风口，所述抽风口对准切削头。
2.根据权利要求1所述普通车床除屑装置，其特征在于：所述切削头的上方设有切削液添加喷头。
