物料在清洗时放置在滤袋内，通过往滤袋内加水对物料进行清洗，此种清洗方式需要人工进行搅拌，容易对物料造成污染，且在进行分离时，通过重力通过滤板进行分离，分离效率低，且分离效果不甚理想。

本实用新型针对上述缺陷，目的在于提供一种结构简单、具有较好使用效果的一种超纯物料的真空抽滤清洗装置。
为此本使用新采用的技术方案是：本实用新型包括滤筒，滤筒内设有滤袋、滤袋下端设置滤板，滤筒下端设置抽真空装置。
本实用新型的优点是：本实用新型采用抽真空装置，在对物料进行清洗、分离，通过抽真空装置的吸力及重力能使物料得到良好的清洗及相应的分离，同时由于不接入其他外界因素，不会对物料造成污染，保证了物料的品质，具有很好的实用性能。
