使用时，将盖板1掀起，盖板1与座圈4分离，压住座圈4，座圈4与人体接触，如厕完成后，人离开座圈4，此时座圈4由于弹簧3向上的弹力而自动升起，当到达与盖板1相同位置时，磁铁5异极相吸，将座圈4与盖板1贴合在一起，这样冲水时即可防止座圈4自由落下以及脏污。
