背景技术
随着人口的增长和经济的高速发展,城市垃圾和工业废弃物的数量急剧增长。相应的垃圾焚烧炉的修建也越来越多,碳化硅砖作为垃圾焚烧炉工作层墙体材料,担负换热的重要作用,工作层与冷端温差很大,由此引起的热应力对墙体的稳定性影响较大,因此需要砖体砌筑后具有较好的稳定性,但目前市场上出现的碳化硅砖在设计时缺少对整体砌筑时相互配合砌筑的考虑,这是目前存在的实际问题。 
实用新型内容
 本实用新型的目的是:为了克服现有技术的不足,从而提供一种结构简单、使用方便的垃圾焚烧炉炉墙用碳化硅砖。 
本实用新型采用的技术方案是: 一种垃圾焚烧炉炉墙用碳化硅砖,包含有砖本体,砖体为实心六面体结构,所述砖体左、右两侧面为平面结构,其余四面上设有凸出的锚固棱,锚固棱之间形成有凹槽,所述锚固棱的横截面为梯形,两块砖体上的锚固棱和凹槽匹配契合。 
锚固棱的横截面为等腰梯形或直角梯形。 
本实用新型的有益效果是:
本实用新型的垃圾焚烧炉炉墙用碳化硅砖,砖体上作为砌筑面的四个面上设有锚固棱和凹槽,砌筑墙体时彼此砖体之间的锚固棱和凹槽可以相互配合,这样很好地提高了砖墙体的稳定性、整体性,同时砖体的无加工砌筑,大大提高了砌筑效率。

具体实施方式
实施例1:参见图1~3,一种垃圾焚烧炉炉墙用碳化硅砖,包含有砖本体,砖体为实心六面体结构,砖体为碳化硅含量为40%~90%的碳化硅砖。所述砖体左、右两侧面为平面结构,其余四面上设有凸出的锚固棱1,锚固棱1之间形成有凹槽2,所述锚固棱1的横截面为等腰梯形或直角梯形,两块砖体上的锚固棱和凹槽匹配契合,砖体左右两端为对称结构。在垃圾焚烧炉炉墙砌筑时通过对碳化硅砖进行长、宽、厚尺寸进行优化设计,彼此砖体间搭配砌筑,就可实现碳化硅砖的无加工砌筑,即在不切割的情况下可使纵横缝均能错开,大大提高砌筑效率及砌筑的稳定性。 
实施例2:参见图4~6,与实施例1基本相同,相同之处不重复,不同的是:砖体左右两端为非对称结构。

1.一种垃圾焚烧炉炉墙用碳化硅砖,包含有砖本体,砖体为实心六面体结构,其特征是:所述砖体左、右两侧面为平面结构,其余四面上设有凸出的锚固棱,锚固棱之间形成有凹槽,所述锚固棱的横截面为梯形,两块砖体上的锚固棱和凹槽匹配契合。
2.根据权利要求1所述的垃圾焚烧炉炉墙用碳化硅砖,其特征是:所述锚固棱的横截面为等腰梯形或直角梯形。
