背景技术
     现有的振动机械专用轴承保持器结构如图1所示,采用内引导保持器,即轴承保持器1外圈设有内导向环2。用在振动机械上的轴承振动力大、振动频率高,通常只是把游隙加大来减轻径向振动力,因为内引导保持器是在内圈上引导,振动机械振动力传导给内圈,内圈不断冲击保持器,致使保持器容易受损,降低了轴承使用寿命。

为了克服传统振动机械专用轴承保持器容易受损、使用寿命短的问题,本实用新型提供了一种外引导振动机械专用轴承保持器。 
本实用新型为实现上述目的所采用的技术方案是:振动机械专用轴承保持器,轴承保持器外圈设有外导向环。 
本实用新型的振动机械专用轴承保持器,将引导环安装于轴承保持器外圈,以轴承外圈做引导。由于轴承外圈是固定不动的,轴承内圈振动力就冲击不到保持器,从而保持器不易受损,大大延长了轴承使用寿命。

本实用新型的振动机械专用轴承保持器结构如图2所示,轴承保持器1外圈设有外导向环3。将引导环安装于轴承保持器外圈,以轴承外圈做引导。由于轴承外圈是固定不动的,轴承内圈振动力就冲击不到保持器,从而保持器不易受损,与传统轴承保持相比,大大延长了轴承使用寿命。
