背景技术
纺纱机在实际工作时，纱线总是长时间连续不断的通过导纱钩，导纱钩的导纱通道处产生局部温升以及严重的磨损，特别是纺织强力较高的化纤产品时，导纱钩的磨损和破坏尤显严重，不可避免地出现导纱钩表面粗糙，甚至形成沟槽，降低了使用寿命。导纱钩的这种磨损不仅造成纺纱张力不稳定，张力突变现象频繁，纱线断头率增高，生产效率降低，而且成纱毛羽增多，捻度不均匀，直接影响纺纱机的生产效率和产品质量。

本实用新型的目的是提供一种简易型导纱工具，它能够避免纱线的成纱毛羽增多，有使用寿命长、耐磨等优点。
