背景技术
涂装喷房内设有喷淋管对工件喷涂。现有的喷淋管路，以往的安装方法是吧喷淋管直接焊接在喷房内壁上。因此，喷淋管的倾斜度和喷淋的均匀性不能保证，而且事先安装好喷淋管，拆卸和更换很麻烦。

为解决上述技术问题，本实用新型采用如下技术方案：一种喷涂用喷淋管改进结构，其特征在于：包括管架、套管、喷淋管束和喷头，管架中部设有圆孔，套管紧套于所述圆孔内，喷淋管束连接喷头，所述管架下部设有连通圆孔的通槽，所述喷头穿过所述套管并通过所述通槽伸出管架，所述管架顶部安装一固定板，固定板上设有紧固孔。
优选的，所述通槽呈扇形围设在所述圆孔下部。
优选的，所述管架上设有螺栓紧固所述圆孔内的套管。
优选的，所述套管与所述管架圆孔间为间隙配合。
优选的，所述通槽延伸长度为圆孔外圆周三分之一圆弧。
优选的，所述管架由左右两部分连接组成。
