本实用新型公开了一种浮箍浮鞋的防堵塞结构,所述浮箍浮鞋包括本体、设置在本体内的上阀体、下阀体和单向阀,在所述上阀体中部形成有上下贯通的循环孔,在所述下阀体上形成有循环通道,所述单向阀从上阀体的下部选择性的开/闭所述循环孔,所述的防堵塞装置为形成于所述循环孔四周的上阀体上端面上的多个凹槽,每个所述凹槽均与所述循环孔连通。每个所述凹槽均沿径向设置,并在所述循环孔的四周均匀分布。该结构简单、易加工。如落物落于循环孔上部堵塞循环孔时,凹槽仍能起到循环通道的作用,从而能够正常循环或固井,确保了后续工作的顺利进行。

本实用新型涉及石油固井工具,特别是涉及一种浮箍浮鞋的防堵塞结构。
背景技术
浮箍浮鞋为固井作业中的常用工具,而在固井作业中因井下落物造成的循环孔堵塞事故也时有发生,影响了后续工作的顺利进行。
发明内容
本实用新型的目的是提供一种浮箍浮鞋的防堵塞结构,使得在有井下落物的情况下不会堵塞循环孔。
为此本实用新型的技术方案如下:
一种浮箍浮鞋的防堵塞装置,所述浮箍浮鞋包括本体、设置在本体内的上阀体、下阀体和单向阀,在所述上阀体中部形成有上下贯通的循环孔,在所述下阀体上形成有循环通道,所述单向阀从上阀体的下部选择性的开/闭所述循环孔,所述的防堵塞装置为形成于所述循环孔四周的上阀体上端面上的多个凹槽,每个所述凹槽均与所述循环孔连通。
优选的是,每个所述凹槽均沿径向设置,并在所述循环孔的四周均匀分布,凹槽的深度为25~30mm。
该浮箍浮鞋防堵塞结构简单、易加工,适用于所有结构的浮箍浮鞋,包括弹簧驱动式、舌板式、浮球式等。如落物落于循环孔上部堵塞循环孔时,凹槽仍能起到循环通道的作用,从而能够正常循环或固井,确保了后续工作的顺利进行。

下面结合附图对本实用新型作进一步的详细说明。
如图1所示,浮箍浮鞋包括本体1、设置在本体1内的上阀体3、下阀体6和单向阀4。在上阀体3中部形成有上下贯通的循环孔,在下阀体6上形成有循环通道,单向阀4在弹簧5的作用下从上阀体3的下部封住所述循环孔。在上阀体3的上平面上,围绕循环孔加工有具有一定深度和宽度的多个凹槽2。每个凹槽2均与所述循环孔连通。
优选的是,每个凹槽2均沿径向设置,并在所述循环孔的四周均匀分布,凹槽的深度和宽度可以根据实际情况而定。在本实用新型的一个实施例中,凹槽2的深度为25~30mm。

1.一种浮箍浮鞋的防堵塞结构,所述浮箍浮鞋包括本体、设置在本体内的上阀体、下阀体和单向阀,在所述上阀体中部形成有上下贯通的循环孔,在所述下阀体上形成有循环通道,所述单向阀从上阀体的下部选择性的开/闭所述循环孔,其特征在于:所述的防堵塞装置为形成于所述循环孔四周的上阀体上端面上的多个凹槽,每个所述凹槽均与所述循环孔连通。 
2.根据权利要求1所述的浮箍浮鞋的防堵塞结构,其特征在于:每个所述凹槽均沿径向设置,并在所述循环孔的四周均匀分布。 
3.根据权利要求1所述的浮箍浮鞋的防堵塞结构,其特征在于:所述凹槽的深度为25~30mm。
