技术领域
本实用新型涉及化学检测领域,特别涉及一种用于医疗、食品安全环境保护、饮用水等领域低浓度残留过氧乙酸检测试纸。
背景技术
目前国际检测过氧乙酸的方法是光谱测定法,主要包括分光光度法、化学发光法、荧光法、红外线法,但是这些方法都必须运用昂贵的化学仪器。中国专利87106131中利用碘化钾试纸法,检出限为31.25ppm,检出线高,很难用于食品、医疗、水质分析领域中低浓度的过氧乙酸残留浓度的检测。
发明内容
为了克服上述缺陷,本实用新型提供了一种灵敏度高,检测速度快的低浓度残留过氧乙酸检测试纸。
本实用新型为了解决其技术问题所采用的技术方案是:一种低浓度残留过氧乙酸检测试纸,包括试纸,所述试纸一端为手持区,另一端设有反应区,所述反应区上设有测试过氧乙酸的过氧化酶反应物。
作为本实用新型的进一步改进,所述反应区上覆盖一层由过滤滤纸或玻璃纤维纸制成的反应膜。
作为本实用新型的进一步改进,所述反应区的过氧化酶反应物包括平衡液、保护液、过氧化酶和氧化还原显色液。
作为本实用新型的进一步改进,所述试纸上的手持区由乳白材质的PET或PVC制成。
本实用新型的有益效果是:本实用新型低浓度残留过氧乙酸检测试纸克服了0.3ppm以下试纸无法检测、碘化钾法灵敏度不高、保存不稳定、检测速度慢的问题,本实用新型具有可检出 0.3ppm,检测时间10秒,保质期18个月等特点,实现了食品、医疗、生物技术领域的现场检测,通过利用生物酶作用反应物能够精确反应氧化还原反应时的代谢物,相比专利87106131专利精确度提高了50倍以上。

图1出示了本实用新型一种低浓度残留过氧乙酸检测试纸的一种实施方式,包括试纸1,所述试纸1一端为手持区2,另一端设有反应区3,所述反应区3上设有测试过氧乙酸的过氧化酶反应物,所述反应区3上覆盖一层由过滤滤纸或玻璃纤维纸制成的反应膜4,所述反应区3的过氧化酶反应物包括平衡液、保护液、过氧化酶和氧化还原显色液,所述试纸1上的手持区2由乳白材质的PET或PVC制成,10秒内可以检测出0.3ppm以上过氧乙酸液,0.3ppm—40ppm保持良好摩尔吸光定律,室温可保持18个月,可广泛用于食品、医疗、环境保护、生物技术的现场检测。

1.一种低浓度残留过氧乙酸检测试纸,包括试纸(1),其特征在于:所述试纸(1)一端为手持区(2),另一端设有反应区(3),所述反应区(3)上设有测试过氧乙酸的过氧化酶反应物。
2.根据权利要求1所述的低浓度残留过氧乙酸检测试纸,其特征在于:所述反应区(3)上覆盖一层由过滤滤纸或玻璃纤维纸制成的反应膜(4)。
3.根据权利要求1所述的低浓度残留过氧乙酸检测试纸,其特征在于:所述试纸(1)上的手持区(2)由乳白材质的PET或PVC制成。
