己二腈精馏塔涉及一种生产己二腈过程中所使用的精馏塔。主要是为解决现有的生产己二腈过程中所使用的精馏塔生产时,将塔底的部分物料送到第一层塔板进行循环,由于第一层塔板的物料组成发生变化,重组分增加,导致上面各层塔板上的重组分也发生变化,最终使得塔顶馏出物中的重组分含量增加,产品质量差的问题而设计的。它包括塔体,塔体内有若干层塔板,塔体顶部有产品出口,塔体中上部有原料入口,原料入口上方的塔体上有回流入口,塔底有物料循环加热出口和物料循环加热入口,塔底还有重组分排出口;在塔体的第一层塔板下方的塔底上设循环重组分入口。优点是:由于循环重组分入口设置在第一层塔板下方的塔底上,将重组分循环回到塔底,使从第一层塔板到塔顶的各层塔板的物料重组分含量下移,致使塔顶馏出物的重组分含量降低,从而提高了产品的质量。

背景技术: 
现有的生产己二腈过程中所使用的精馏塔包括塔体,塔体内有若干层塔板,塔体顶部有产品出口,塔体中上部有原料入口,原料入口上方的塔体上有回流入口,塔底有物料循环加热出口和物料循环加热入口,塔底还有重组分排出口,在塔体的第一层塔板(即最下一层塔板)和第二层塔板之间设有循环重组分入口。缺点是:生产时,将塔底的部分物料送到第一层塔板进行循环,由于第一层塔板的物料组成发生变化,重组分增加,导致上面各层塔板上的重组分也发生变化,最终使得塔顶馏出物中的重组分含量增加,产品质量差。
发明内容: 
本实用新型所要解决的技术问题是提供一种塔顶馏出物中重组分含量低,产品质量好的己二腈精馏塔。
上述目的是这样实现的:它包括塔体,塔体内有若干层塔板,塔体顶部有产品出口,塔体中上部有原料入口,原料入口上方的塔体上有回流入口,塔底有物料循环加热出口和物料循环加热入口,塔底还有重组分排出口;其特征是在塔体的第一层塔板下方的塔底上设循环重组分入口。 
本实用新型的优点是:由于循环重组分入口设置在第一层塔板下方的塔底上,将重组分循环回到塔底,使从第一层塔板到塔顶的各层塔板的物料重组分含量下移,致使塔顶馏出物的重组分含量降低,从而提高了产品的质量。
