本实用新型涉及一种废旧轮胎粉料脱硫设备旋转轴的密封装置，直接涉及废旧轮胎粉料常压连续双螺旋推进脱硫设备旋转轴的密封装置。
背景技术
目前，在废旧轮胎回收加工行业常压连续螺旋推进脱硫设备旋转轴的密封一般采用软填料密封方式（俗称盘根密封）。常压连续螺旋推进脱硫设备代替传统的动态脱硫罐已被广泛采用，该设备与传统的动态脱硫罐相比，具有无废水、废气排放、节约能源等优点。然而旋转轴的密封采用软填料密封方式密封不彻底，为补偿填料的磨损还需不断压紧压盖螺钉，使用维护繁琐，同时因使用环境温度高，填料的使用寿命低。
实用新型内容
本实用新型的目的就是要提供一种改进的废旧轮胎粉料双螺旋推进脱硫设备旋转轴的密封装置，它既能解决软填料密封不彻底，漏气问题，同时提高了密封件的使用寿命。
本实用新型的目的是这样实现的：一种废旧轮胎粉料双螺旋推进脱硫设备旋转轴的密封装置，具有密封外套1、密封内套2，密封外套1和密封内套2之间安装O型密封圈3，密封内套2和旋转轴7之间安装组合密封件4，密封外套1内设环形水道6，其特征是：固定在密封内套2上的定位销5和密封外套1连接，水道6通冷却水。

具体实施方式
附图1示出了本实用新型一种废旧轮胎粉料双螺旋推进脱硫设备旋转轴密封装置中主视位置的结构原理图。密封外套1和密封内套2之间通过两道耐高温O型密封圈3密封，旋转轴7和密封内套2之间的密封采用两道组合密封件4密封，密封内套2通过定位销5和密封外套1连接，防止相对转动；密封外套1和密封内套2之间的间隙为0.5mm，密封内套2可随旋转轴7一起在密封外套1内孔中适度浮动；密封外套1内设置水道6通水冷却该密封装置；整个密封装置通过密封外套1上的螺栓紧固在机体上，实现旋转轴7高温环境下的密封。
