本发明是这样实现的，由“T”形上卡板和带“U”槽的“一”字形下卡板，用热融胶粘结而成，把废旧塑料壶固定起来。
由于采用上述方案，本发明造型美观、废旧利用，环保节能、变废为宝。可用于水上作浮桥、防浪堤、养殖围栏等。

在图1中：用“T”形上卡板(1)连接带“U”槽的“一”字形下卡板(2)，下卡板(2)连接热融胶(4)，上、下卡板接塑料壶(3)。上下卡板围成方格，把塑料壶严实地卡在方格内，“T”形上卡板同时为面板，人可以在上面行走，由于大量利用废旧塑料壶作主要材料，产生浮力，本发明造型美观、废旧利用，环保节能、变废为宝，可广泛用于水上作浮桥、防浪坝堤、养殖用围栏等等。

1.一种固定废旧塑料壶的塑钢型材产品，它包括下列步骤：用“T”形上卡板(1)连接带“U”槽的一字形下卡板(2)，下卡板(2)连接热融胶(4)，上卡板(1)和下卡板(2)接塑料壶(3)。
