本实用新型涉及一种泵轴及棒料进行压力校直的工具，具体的说就是一种螺旋压力校直器。
背景技术
现有的压力校直器在使用时，不能较好的掌握平衡，致使作业时用力不平稳，导致作用力忽大忽小，无法观察压入量的多少，需经多次校正，校正效果不理想，误差较大。
实用新型内容
本实用新型的目的是避免现有技术的不足而提供一种修正度较高的螺旋压力校直器。
本实用新型所采用的技术方案是：螺旋压力校直器，包括手轮、支架、定位螺旋套、上板、定位装置、螺旋杆、半圆形校直块、下底板和支撑立柱，下底板、支撑立柱和上板围成框架结构，螺旋杆穿过定位螺旋套和定位装置，螺旋杆上部设有手轮，底部装有半圆形校直块；定位螺旋套固定在支架上，支架固定于上板上侧，定位装置固定于上板下侧；螺旋杆上有螺纹，与手轮、定位螺旋套、及定位装置的螺纹相配合。半圆形校直块与螺旋杆可为铰链连接。
与现有技术相比，本实用新型的优点有：本实用新型采用了作用力平衡机构，使校正操作1人可独立完成，在泵轴弯曲最高点可架设百分表，便于随时观测泵轴的校正情况，使校正结果更加准确，两点垂直定位解决了压杆在压入时的摆动；整体设计具有操作方便、结构简单。

下面结合附图详细叙述本实用新型的实施例。
螺旋压力校直器，包括手轮1、支架2、定位螺旋套3、上板4、定位装置5、螺旋杆6、半圆形校直块7、下底板8和支撑立柱9，下底板8、支撑立柱9和上板4围成框架结构，螺旋杆6穿过定位螺旋套3和定位装置5，螺旋杆6上部设有手轮1，底部装有半圆形校直块7；定位螺旋套3固定在支架2上，支架2固定于上板4上侧，定位装置5固定于上板4下侧；螺旋杆6上有螺纹，与手轮1、定位螺旋套3、及定位装置5的螺纹相配合。半圆形校直块7与螺旋杆6可为铰链连接。
在应用本实用新型进行测量时，将弯曲变形最高点朝上放置，将半圆形校直块7放置在最高点，在最低处架设百分表，便于观测压入值，转动手轮1，进行压力校直，直至弯曲度达到规定值。

1.螺旋压力校直器，包括手轮、支架、定位螺旋套、上板、定位装置、螺旋杆、半圆形校直块、下底板和支撑立柱，其特征在于下底板、支撑立柱和上板围成框架结构，螺旋杆穿过定位螺旋套和定位装置，螺旋杆上部设有手轮，底部装有半圆形校直块；定位螺旋套固定在支架上，支架固定于上板上侧，定位装置固定于上板下侧；螺旋杆上有螺纹，与手轮、定位螺旋套、及定位装置的螺纹相配合。
2.根据权利要求1所述的螺旋压力校直器，其特征在于半圆形校直块与螺旋杆可为铰链连接。
