背景技术
人们非常注重体育锻炼，哑铃是常用的体育器材，现有的哑铃中部为手柄，上下端为配重，配重多为圆形，当用来做底座做俯卧撑、或倒立做支架时，由于配重为圆形不稳定，不能做支撑架使用。 
发明内容
本实用新型的目的在于，解决上述现有所存在的问题，提供实用性强的一种手柄式多用途哑铃。 
本实用新型是这样实现的：手柄的轴线与配重底盘底面平行，手柄通过支撑架连接配重底盘。 
本实用新型的优点是，人站在地面上，进行常规的练习如二头肌、肱三头肌、提式行走、双握屈伸、耸肩等。配重底盘有较大平面，稳定性好，还可以放在椅子上与椅子组合练习俯卧撑，倒立时做支架等。
