技术领域：本实用新型属于电工机械设备，具体涉及一种嵌线机上用的辅助推线装置。
背景技术：在电机的生产制造过程中，由于电机绕组的分布形式不同有时需两台嵌线机共同来完成一台电机的嵌线工序，不仅增加了操作工序同时也增加了设备数量；由于电机绕组参数的不同，当电机槽满率较高时嵌线阻力较大，以至于绕组受损出现产品合格率低下的问题。
发明内容：本实用新型的目的是提供一种结构简单，操作方便，能减少嵌线次数及降低嵌线阻力的装置。
本实用新型的技术方案是：一种辅助推线装置，其特征是：在推头上用螺钉固定定位柱，在定位柱上放置浮动推头，在定位柱和浮动推头之间设有定位连接机构；所述的定位连接机构是由在定位柱的上端面上设凹槽与浮动推头下端面设有凸块配合组成。
由于采用上述技术方案，增加了浮动推头，实现了在一台设备上依次将内层、外层绕组一次嵌入的功能，因此具有减少了操作工序及设备数量，有效分散降低了嵌线阻力，提高了产品合格率大幅的优点。

具体实施方式：参考附图。一种辅助推线装置，在推头4上用螺钉5固定定位柱2，在定位柱2上放置浮动推头1，在定位柱2和浮动推头1之间设有定位连接机构；所述的定位连接机构是由在定位柱2的上端面上设凹槽与浮动推头1下端面设有凸块配合组成。
使用时，先将内层绕组3放置在推头4上，然后将浮动推头1插接在定位柱2上，再将外层绕组6放置在浮动推头1上，开始进行嵌线，当外层绕组6嵌到位后，拿下浮动推头1，推头4继续将内层绕组3嵌到位，即可完成内外层绕组嵌线工作。
