本实用新型涉及一种槽绝缘成形插入机上用于推纸机构的推杆保护装置。其特征是：推杆座上开有槽口，槽内设有推杆座，压板通过螺钉与推杆座固连连，并将推杆座压在槽口内，压板上设有连接块，压板和连接块与槽口对应位置设有通槽，连接块上设有压盖，与螺杆配合的螺母紧固在压盖中孔上内；螺杆顶住弹簧将压块穿过连接块和压板上的通槽后压在推杆座的齿形牙上，拉杆穿过螺杆轴线上的通孔和弹簧连接在压块上。具有保护推杆不被折断的优点。

推杆保护装置
技术领域：本实用新型属电工机械加工设备，具体涉及一种槽绝缘成形插入机上用于推纸机构的推杆保护装置。
背景技术：目前，槽绝缘成形插入机的推杆，工作时基本都是没有保护装置，其缺点是：一旦走纸通道内有绝缘纸堵塞，必然会造成推杆弯曲折断现象的发生。
实用新型内容：本实用新型的目的是提供一种使推杆在绝缘纸堵塞时能自动脱开，保护自身不被折断的装置。
本实用新型的技术方案是：一种推杆保护装置，其特征是：推杆座上开有槽口，槽内设有推杆座，压板通过螺钉与推杆座固连连，并将推杆座压在槽口内，压板上设有连接块，压板和连接块与槽口对应位置设有通槽，连接块上设有压盖，与螺杆配合的螺母紧固在压盖中孔上内；螺杆顶住弹簧将压块穿过连接块和压板上的通槽后压在推杆座的齿形牙上，拉杆穿过螺杆轴线上的通孔和弹簧连接在压块上。
由于采用了上述技术方案，一旦在走纸通道内有绝缘纸堵塞，当推纸阻力大于弹簧顶压的齿形牙结合力时，推杆就会自动脱开，因而具有保护推杆不被折断的优点。

具体实施方式：参考图1、图2，一种推杆保护装置，推杆座12上开有槽口，槽内设有推杆座7，压板11通过螺钉5与推杆座12固连，并将推杆座7压在槽口内，压板11上设有连接块10，压板11和连接块10与槽口对应位置设有通槽，连接块10上设有压盖8，与螺杆2配合的螺母3紧固在压盖8中孔上内；螺杆2顶住弹簧4将压块6穿过连接块10和压板11上的通槽后压在推杆座7的齿形牙上，拉杆1穿过螺杆2轴线上的通孔和弹簧4连接在压块6上。
工作时，通过旋转螺杆调定弹簧对压块的压紧力，使压紧力稍大于推杆的推纸阻力，一旦在走纸通道内有绝缘纸堵塞，当推纸阻力大于弹簧顶压的齿形牙结合力时，推杆就会自动脱开，保护推杆不被折断。

1.一种推杆保护装置，其特征是：推杆座(12)上开有槽口，槽内设有推杆座(7)，压板(11)通过螺钉(5)与推杆座(12)固连连，并将推杆座(7)压在槽口内，压板(11)上设有连接块(10)，压板(11)和连接块(10)与槽口对应位置设有通槽，连接块(10)上设有压盖(8)，与螺杆(2)配合的螺母(3)紧固在压盖(8)中孔上内；螺杆(2)顶住弹簧(4)将压块(6)穿过连接块(10)和压板(11)上的通槽后压在推杆座(7)的齿形牙上，拉杆(1)穿过螺杆(2)轴线上的通孔和弹簧(4)连接在压块(6)上。
