由于电力动力驱动的助力电动汽车的电动机是直接驱动球笼轴的,而球笼轴经常处于震动和轴心不定状态中运转,所以对结构有特殊要求。
发明内容
为了解决背景技术中环境对电动机的不利影响,本实用新型提供了一种助力电动汽车的电动机结构,助力电动汽车的电动机的转子设计在球笼轴上,定子外壳通过吊挂弹簧与助力电动汽车的机架连接。
本实用新型解决其技术问题采用的技术方案是:助力电动汽车的电动机转子轴两端为球笼轴的万向轴节,定子外壳与机架的固定采用弹簧吊挂柔性连接方式。
本实用新型的有益效果是:解决了震动和轴心不定的工作状态对电机的影响,实现了电动机对车轮的直接驱动。

具体实施方案
图1中,转子(4)固定在球笼轴(1)的中部,两端由右端盖(2)和左端盖(5)中的轴承支撑并沿其中心旋转。球笼轴(1)的两端为球笼轴的万向轴节,分别与两端的驱动轮和变速机连接。电动机的定子外壳(3)与机架的固定采用吊挂弹簧(7)柔性连接,右端盖(2)和左端盖(5)通过螺栓与定子外壳(3)固定,霍尔总成(6)固定在电动机的左端或右端。

1.一种助力电动汽车的电动机结构,包括电动机转子、定子外壳、吊挂弹簧,其特征在于:助力电动汽车的电动机的转子设计在球笼轴上,定子外壳通过吊挂弹簧与助力电动汽车的机架连接。 
2.根据权利1所述一种助力电动汽车的电动机结构,其特征是:转子固定在球笼轴的中部,两端由右端盖和左端盖中的轴承支撑并沿其中心旋转。 
3.根据权利1所述一种助力电动汽车的电动机结构,其特征是:电动机的定子外壳与机架的固定采用吊挂弹簧柔性连接,右端盖和左端盖通过螺栓与定子外壳固定,霍尔总成固定在电动机的左端或右端。
