背景技术
空调通风管道的作用是将经冷、热处理后的空气输送到各个房间,由于风管四壁湿度比较大,水汽凝结在风管内壁表面,空气中的微尘粒子很容易黏附在这里,长期运行后,形成积尘;由于风管内具有适宜的温度、湿度以及病菌生存需要的营养,使风管内部成为病菌生活、繁殖和传播的源头,随着空气的输送,继而造成室内空气污染。

本实用新型要解决上述现有技术的缺点,提供一种能抗菌杀菌、防霉抑尘的抗菌彩钢板复合风管。

所述抗菌涂层4包括由纳米级二氧化钛液态催化剂及辅助制剂制成的表层,其优良的超亲水性,使空气中的水汽不能在风管内壁表面凝结,积尘无法形成,使病菌失去生存繁殖的环境,加上纳米级二氧化钛催化剂和辅助制剂涂层在无光环境下仍具有的杀菌能力,起到抗菌杀菌、防霉抑尘的作用。
