本实用新型提供一种预应力钢绞线,由钢丝捻制而成,芯丝是冷轧带肋钢丝,边丝是3根刻痕钢丝与3根光圆钢丝相间排列;所述冷轧带肋钢丝与所述刻痕钢丝沿径向设有相配合的凸起和凹槽。所述凸起是在光圆钢丝沿径向三面加工得到的,且在圆周上均匀分布。所述凹槽是在光圆钢丝沿径向三面加工得到的,且在圆周上均匀分布。所述凸起和凹槽的形状是圆形、椭圆形或者多边形。本实用新型的有益效果是增加了钢绞线与混凝土的握裹力,解决了芯丝与边丝滑移回缩问题,保持了钢绞线良好的力学性能,提高了预应力混凝土构件质量。

技术领域
本实用新型涉及一种建筑行业用预应力钢材技术领域,尤其是涉及一种混凝土构件中所使用的预应力钢绞线。
背景技术
建筑行业中的预应力混凝土构件,为了增加构件抗压、抗震等力学性能,大都使用预应力钢丝或钢绞线作配筋。
目前在国家标准GB/T5224-2003《预应力混凝土用钢绞线》中的钢绞线,包括1×2、1×3、1×7等,均是由光圆钢丝捻制成的标准型钢绞线。这种结构型钢绞线,存在着不足,由于光圆钢丝表面是光滑的,仅仅靠光圆钢丝之间的非有效接触的摩擦力产生对混凝土构件的回压应力,极易产生芯丝边部滑移回缩,致使芯丝应力减少或完全失去应力,制约了预应力混凝土构件的质量和寿命,而且降低了钢绞线与混凝土的握裹力。如果都采用带刻痕的钢丝,虽然芯丝边部滑移回缩的问题得到了缓解,但是增加了生产工艺,同时,加工精度也不好控制。为了解决这一问题,需要设计一种新型的钢绞线,解决芯丝滑移回缩问题和握裹力不足问题,提高钢绞线的力学性能。
发明内容
本实用新型要解决的问题是提供一种预应力钢绞线,增强与混凝土握裹力,强度高,解决芯丝和中间丝滑移回缩问题,力学性能好,应用范围广。
为解决上述技术问题,本实用新型采用的技术方案是:一种预应力钢绞线,由钢丝捻制而成,芯丝是冷轧带肋钢丝,边丝是3根刻痕钢丝与3根光圆钢丝相间排列;所述冷轧带肋钢丝与所述刻痕钢丝沿径向设有相配合的凸起和凹槽。
进一步,所述凸起是在光圆钢丝沿径向三面加工得到的,且在圆周上均匀分布。
进一步,所述凹槽是在光圆钢丝沿径向三面加工得到的,且在圆周上均匀分布。
进一步,所述凸起和凹槽的形状是圆形、椭圆形或者多边形。
本实用新型具有的优点和积极效果是:由于采用上述技术方案,本实用新型的预应力钢绞线增加了钢绞线与混凝土的握裹力,解决了芯丝与边丝滑移回缩问题,保持了钢绞线良好的力学性能,符合GB/T5224-2003《预应力混凝土用钢绞线》标准,提高了预应力混凝土构件质量。

如图1、2和3所示,本实用新型提供一种预应力钢绞线,由7根钢丝捻制而成,芯丝是冷轧带肋钢丝3,边丝是3根刻痕钢丝1与3根光圆钢丝2相间排列;所述冷轧带肋钢丝3与所述刻痕钢丝1沿径向设有相配合的凸起和凹槽。所述凸起是在光圆钢丝沿径向三面加工得到的,且在圆周上均匀分布。所述凹槽是在光圆钢丝沿径向三面加工得到的,且在圆周上均匀分布。所述凸起和凹槽的形状是圆形、椭圆形或者多边形。
本实例的工作过程:本实用新型由7根钢丝捻制而成,芯丝是带有凸起4的冷轧带肋钢丝3,所述冷轧带肋钢丝3圆周上每个凸起4均对应一根刻痕钢丝1的一个凹槽5。所述边丝是3根刻痕钢丝1与3根光圆钢丝2相间排列。
