本实用新型提供一种车载柔性导电玻璃组件。该组件从下至上依次为顺次连接的下层玻璃,下聚乙烯醇缩丁醛层,柔性导电玻璃,上聚乙烯醇缩丁醛层,上层玻璃;柔性导电玻璃包括柔性玻璃和导电功能层,接头与导电功能层连接;导电功能层位于柔性玻璃一侧或两侧;所述导电功能层为铟锡氧化物层、铝掺杂氧化锌层、氟或锑掺杂氧化锡层、铌或钽掺杂氧化钛层、纳米结构金属网络层或银基低辐射薄膜层中一种或一种以上复合层;所述导电功能层的方块电阻小于1欧姆/□;接头与导电功能层连接;本实用新型提供的载柔性导电玻璃组件同时具备电加热和反射红外线的功能。经过检测,组件在可见光区透过率大于70%,红外光区透过率小于40%。由于使用柔性玻璃基板厚度很薄,可以自由弯曲,避免导电功能层在加工时遭到破坏。该载柔性导电玻璃组件的生产工艺与现有技术兼容性好,不会增加额外成本。

Description

一种车载柔性导电玻璃组件
技术领域
本实用新型涉及一种车载柔性导电玻璃组件。
背景技术
随着汽车工业的进步,在保证车载玻璃对可见光透过率不低于70%的前提下,各种功能化的车载玻璃不断问世。中国专利CN102173133公开了一种包含金属纳米结构导电层的复合功能夹层玻璃,可以有效降低玻璃的电阻,实现高效的加热功能,从而满足除雾除霜及融冰的需求;中国专利CN1555989公开了一种具有红外反射功能的汽车风挡玻璃,可以有效降低夏日车内温度。为实现上述功能,通常将具有特殊功能的材料夹在两层玻璃中间制成夹层玻璃。另一方面,为了与汽车整体外形一致,需要把夹层玻璃加工成一定的弧度。目前,加工弧形夹层玻璃的技术路线主要有以下几种:一、先在平板玻璃表面制备功能层,然后将带有功能层的平板玻璃加热并通过模具加工成所需弧形,最后整合成弧形夹层玻璃;二、先将平板玻璃加热并通过模具加工成所需弧形,然后在弧形玻璃上制备功能层,最后整合成弧形夹层玻璃;三、先将平板玻璃加热并通过模具加工成所需弧形,同时在柔性塑料衬底上制备功能层,然后将带有功能层的塑料衬底夹在两层弧形玻璃间加热整合成弧形夹层玻璃。方案一的缺点在于玻璃软化温度通常在600oC以上,弧形加工过程中容易对功能层造成破坏;方案二的缺点在于在弧形曲面上很难制备大尺寸均一的功能层;方案三的缺点在于有一些功能材料需要在高温下加工,而塑料衬底无法承受高温,目前仅用在红外反射汽车玻璃上。近年来,美国康宁公司、日本旭硝子公司和德国肖特公司分别开发出柔性平板显示用柔性玻璃,厚度在60-310微米之间。由于玻璃厚度很薄且经过特殊处理,因此可以自由弯曲,这就为解决上述问题提供了契机。
发明内容
为克服现有技术的不足,本实用新型提供一种车载柔性导电玻璃组件。
该组件从下至上依次为顺次连接的下层玻璃,下聚乙烯醇缩丁醛(PVB)层,柔性导电玻璃,上聚乙烯醇缩丁醛(PVB)层,上层玻璃;柔性导电玻璃包括柔性玻璃和导电功能层,柔性玻璃的厚度优选不小于80微米,不大于310微米;导电功能层位于柔性玻璃一侧或两侧;所述的导电功能层为铟锡氧化物层、铝掺杂氧化锌层、氟或锑掺杂氧化锡层、铌或钽掺杂氧化钛层、银基低辐射薄膜层或纳米结构金属网络层中一种或一种以上复合层;所述的导电功能层的方块电阻优选小于1欧姆/□,导电功能层与金属接头连接;在车载柔性导电玻璃组件四周用密封材料密封。
一种车载柔性导电玻璃组件的制备方法,步骤和条件如下:
(1)将下层玻璃和上层玻璃加热软化后,用模具加工成所需形状;
(2)在成型后的下层玻璃的凸形外表面和上层玻璃凹形内表面分别粘贴下PVB层和上PVB层;
(3)在柔性玻璃的一侧或者两侧采用磁控溅射、化学气相沉积、溶胶-凝胶法、溶液喷涂法、溶液提拉法或者丝网印刷法制备导电功能层和金属接头,得到柔性导电玻璃;
将柔性导电玻璃置于分别粘贴有PVB层的下层玻璃和上层玻璃之间,形成车载柔性导电玻璃组件原型;
(4)将步骤(3)得到的车载柔性导电玻璃组件原型在不大于100Pa的真空条件下,140-160oC预固化定型,然后再持续恒温2-4小时,得到固化的车载柔性导电玻璃组件;
(5)为防水防尘,在固化的车载柔性导电玻璃组件四周使用密封材料进行密封,获得车载柔性导电玻璃组件。
本实用新型提供的载柔性导电玻璃组件可以用于汽车及客车。用车载直流电源供电。使用时,用导线把金属接头和车载直流电源连接起来。车载直流电源优选12V电源。
采用岛津UV-3600紫外-可见-红外光谱仪测试结果表明,所述组件在可见光区透过率大于70%,红外光区透过率小于40%。
有益效果: 本实用新型提供的载柔性导电玻璃组件同时具备电加热和反射红外线的功能。经过检测,可见光区透过率大于70%,红外光区透过率小于40%。由于使用柔性玻璃基板厚度很薄,可以自由弯曲,避免导电功能层在加工时遭到破坏。该载柔性导电玻璃组件的生产工艺与现有技术兼容性好,不会增加额外成本。

具体实施方式
实施例1    如图1所示,一种车载柔性导电玻璃组件的第一种结构。由下至上依次为顺次连接的下层玻璃1、下聚乙烯醇缩丁醛(PVB)层2、 柔性玻璃3、导电功能层4、上聚乙烯醇缩丁醛(PVB)层6和上层玻璃7,导电功能层4与金属接头5连接,与车载电源连接的导线还与金属接头4连接。
如图2所示,一种车载柔性导电玻璃组件的第二种结构。由下至上依次为顺次连接的下层玻璃1、下聚乙烯醇缩丁醛(PVB)层2、导电功能层4、 柔性玻璃3、上聚乙烯醇缩丁醛(PVB)层6和上层玻璃7,导电功能层4与金属接头5连接。
如图3所示,一种车载柔性导电玻璃组件的第三种结构。由下至上依次为顺次连接的下层玻璃1、下聚乙烯醇缩丁醛(PVB)层2、导电功能层4、柔性玻璃3、导电功能层8、上聚乙烯醇缩丁醛(PVB)层6和上层玻璃7,导电功能层4与金属接头5连接,导电功能层8和金属接头9连接。
以上所述的车载柔性导电玻璃组件的柔性玻璃的厚度不小于80微米,不大于310微米;所述的导电功能层为铟锡氧化物层、铝掺杂氧化锌层、氟或锑掺杂氧化锡层、铌或钽掺杂氧化钛层、银基低辐射薄膜层或纳米结构金属网络层中一种或一种以上复合层;所述的导电功能层的方块电阻优选小于1欧姆/□。
一种车载柔性导电玻璃组件的制备方法,步骤和条件如下:
(1)将下层玻璃1和上层玻璃7加热软化后,用模具加工成所需形状;
(2)在成型后的下层玻璃1的凸形外表面和上层玻璃7凹形内表面分别粘贴下PVB层2和上PVB层6;
(3)在柔性玻璃3的一侧或者两侧采用磁控溅射、化学气相沉积、溶胶-凝胶法、溶液喷涂法、溶液提拉法或者丝网印刷法制备导电功能层和金属接头,得到柔性导电玻璃;
将柔性导电玻璃置于分别粘贴有PVB层的下层玻璃和上层玻璃之间,形成车载柔性导电玻璃组件原型;
所使用的柔性玻璃为康宁公司(Corning Incorporated)产厚度为80微米、100微米、200微米或310微米柔性玻璃;
(4)将步骤(3)得到的车载柔性导电玻璃组件原型在不大于100Pa的真空条件下,140-160oC预固化定型,然后再持续恒温2-4小时,得到固化的车载柔性导电玻璃组件;
(5)为防水防尘,在固化的车载柔性导电玻璃组件四周使用密封材料进行密封,获得车载柔性导电玻璃组件。
车载柔性导电玻璃组件用于汽车及客车。用车载直流电源供电。使用时,用导线把金属接头和车载直流电源连接起来。车载直流电源优选12V电源。

Claims (4)

1.一种车载柔性导电玻璃组件,其特征在于,该组件从下至上依次为顺次连接的下层玻璃,下聚乙烯醇缩丁醛层,柔性导电玻璃,上聚乙烯醇缩丁醛层,上层玻璃;柔性导电玻璃包括柔性玻璃和导电功能层;导电功能层位于柔性玻璃一侧或两侧;导电功能层与金属接头连接;在车载柔性导电玻璃组件四周用密封材料密封。
2.按权利要求1所述的一种车载柔性导电玻璃组件,其特征在于所述的导电功能层为铟锡氧化物层、铝掺杂氧化锌层、氟或锑掺杂氧化锡层、铌或钽掺杂氧化钛层、银基低辐射薄膜层或纳米结构金属网络层中一种或一种以上复合层。
3.按权利要求1所述的一种车载柔性导电玻璃组件,其特征在于,所述的柔性玻璃的厚度不小于80微米,不大于310微米。
4.按权利要求1所述一种车载柔性导电玻璃组件,其特征在于所述的导电功能层的方块电阻小于1欧姆/□。
