本实用新型公开了一种复合钢丝绳，包括钢丝束，钢丝束分为外层钢丝束和中心钢丝束；外层钢丝束为六根，每根外层钢丝束由七根钢丝组成；六根外层钢丝束均匀的围在中心钢丝束的四周；中心钢丝束由六根钢丝、绳芯和支架构成；支架均匀的嵌在六根钢丝之间，六根钢丝的中间设置有聚乙烯填充的绳芯。本实用新型设有钢制固定支架，并设有聚乙烯填充的绳芯，减少了钢丝的磨损，使钢丝间接触更紧密，增加了抗压强度和抗拉强度。此外，在钢丝的外表面涂有有机硅涂料，可以防水，防止腐蚀，减少了锌的使用，比镀锌钢丝的造价低，减少了生产成本。

本实用新型涉及一种钢丝绳，尤其涉及一种复合钢丝绳。
背景技术
钢丝绳在各种作业、施工中起着至关重要的作用，比如牵引、提升等作业，因此钢丝绳也要承受很大的拉力、压力或摩擦力等等。因此单纯的几束钢丝绳在多次的拉力、压力或摩擦力的作用下，短时间内就磨损严重，且抗压强度和抗拉强度也较弱，不适合长时间使用，造价也高。
实用新型内容
为了解决上述技术所存在的不足之处，本实用新型公开了一种复合钢丝绳。
为了解决以上技术问题，本实用新型采用的技术方案是：一种复合钢丝绳，包括钢丝束，钢丝束分为外层钢丝束和中心钢丝束；外层钢丝束为六根，每根外层钢丝束由七根钢丝组成；六根外层钢丝束均匀的围在中心钢丝束的四周；
中心钢丝束由六根钢丝、绳芯和支架构成；支架均匀的嵌在六根钢丝之间，六根钢丝的中间设置有聚乙烯填充的绳芯。
本实用新型设有钢制固定支架，并设有聚乙烯填充的绳芯，减少了钢丝的磨损，使钢丝间接触更紧密，增加了抗压强度和抗拉强度。此外，在钢丝的外表面涂有有机硅涂料，可以防水，防止腐蚀，减少了锌的使用，比镀锌钢丝的造价低，减少了生产成本。

具体实施方式
如图1所示，本实用新型主要由外层钢丝束1、中心钢丝束2、绳芯4和支架5组成。外层钢丝束1为六根，每根外层钢丝束1由七根钢丝组成。六根外层钢丝束均匀的围在中心钢丝束的四周，中心钢丝束2由六根钢丝3、绳芯4和支架5构成；支架均匀的嵌在六根钢丝之间，六根钢丝的中间设置有聚乙烯填充的绳芯4。
本实用新型采用内置支架和填充聚乙烯物质的绳芯，使复合后的钢丝绳具有更大的弹性和抗挤压的性能，也大大提升了抗压和抗拉强度；在钢丝的外表面涂有有机硅涂料即可以防水又可以防止腐蚀，大大节省了以往镀锌的生产成本。

所述中心钢丝束由六根钢丝、绳芯和支架构成；支架均匀的嵌在六根钢丝之间，六根钢丝的中间设置有聚乙烯填充的绳芯。
