Abstract
本实用新型公开了一种节能生物质沼气池,属于新能源利用技术领域。沼气池埋入地下,用承重墙支撑或悬挂布置;在沼气池外布置烟气通道,烟气通道内有火电厂锅炉排烟通过,从而加热沼气池;烟气通道的两侧各布置有一支吹灰枪,用来吹扫烟气通道壁面和沼气池壁面上的积灰;烟气通道底部布置的除灰口用来排出积灰和做为烟气通道的检修入口;在沼气池的中轴处安装有用来对沼气池中的物料进行搅拌的搅拌机;分别位于烟气通道入口处和出口处的调节阀可以调节进入烟气通道内的烟气量;在烟气通道的尾部布置有为锅炉排烟流动提供牵引动力的引风机。本实用新型的装置结构简单、维护方便,提高了电厂锅炉的效率,减少了锅炉烟囱排入大气的粉尘,有利于保护环境。

技术领域
本实用新型属于新能源利用技术领域,特别涉及一种节能生物质沼气池。
背景技术
沼气是有机物质在一定条件下,经过微生物发酵作用而产生的一种可燃气体,其主要成分是甲烷。温度是沼气发酵的一个关键因素,沼气发酵速度的高低很大程度上取决于温度。在一定温度范围内,温度越高,产气速度也越高,这是由于产沼气微生物的代谢活动随温度的上升而更加旺盛。
以电站锅炉为例,排烟热损失是锅炉各项热损失中最大的一项,一般在5~12%,通常锅炉排烟温度每降低10~15℃,锅炉效率可提高0.6~1.0%,若以燃用热值为20000KJ/Kg煤的410t/h高压锅炉为例,则每年可节约近万吨动力用煤。
实用新型内容
为充分利用电站锅炉排烟所带余热,本实用新型提出了一种节能生物质沼气池, 所述的节能生物质沼气池的结构如下:
沼气池2埋入地下,在其前后两侧各有一面承重墙1用于支撑沼气池2;所述的承重墙1将烟气通道3分隔为左右两侧,锅炉排烟由一侧流入,另外一侧流出;或者不用承重墙,而是将沼气池2整体悬挂布置;
所述沼气池2的外围布置有烟气通道3,烟气通道3的左右两侧顶端各布置有一支吹灰枪4,吹灰枪4能够360度自由旋转,用来吹扫烟气通道壁面和沼气池壁面上的积灰;
烟气通道3底部布置有除灰口7,用来排出吹灰枪4从烟气通道3和沼气池壁面上清扫下来的积灰,同时除灰口7还用作烟气通道3的检修入口;
在所述的沼气池2的中轴处安装有搅拌机8,所述的搅拌机8用来对沼气池中的物料进行搅拌;
在烟气通道3的入口处布置有烟气通道入口调节阀9;在烟气通道3的出口处布置有烟气通道出口调节阀10和锅炉烟囱6;通过控制所述的烟气通道入口调节阀9和烟气通道出口调节阀10的开度来控制引入烟气通道3内的锅炉排烟的烟气量,使沼气池2内的温度稳定在50~65℃的生产温度;
所述的烟气通道3用水泥混沙子建造,表面粗糙,从而有利于除尘;
在烟气通道3的尾部布置有引风机5,为锅炉排烟流动提供牵引动力。
本实用新型的有益效果为:
本实用新型利用电站锅炉排烟余热加热沼气池,通过调节烟气通道入口调节阀和烟气通道出口调节阀的开度来控制引入烟气通道的锅炉排烟量,使沼气池内的温度稳定在50~65℃的生产温度,确保沼气池的高产率,同时降低了锅炉的排烟温度,提高了锅炉的效率,减少了锅炉烟囱排入大气的粉尘,有利于保护环境。

下面结合附图和具体的实施例对本实用新型做进一步说明:
实施例1:
如图1和图2所示,根据设计要求确定沼气池2的容积、烟气通道3的尺寸和引风机5的容量;
将沼气池2全部埋入地下,在其前后两侧各布置一面承重墙1,所述的承重墙1将烟气通道3分隔为左右两侧,锅炉排烟由一侧流入,另外一侧流出;或者将生物质沼气池2整体悬挂布置,不设置承重墙1;
在沼气池2的中轴处安装电动式搅拌机8,对沼气池2中的物料进行搅拌,避免物料的受热不均;
锅炉排烟经烟气通道入口调节阀9引入烟气通道3,所述的烟气通道3用水泥混沙子建造,表面粗糙,从而有利于除尘;所述的烟气通道3的左右两侧顶端各设置一支吹灰枪4,所述的吹灰枪4能够360度自由旋转;烟气通道3的底部设置有除灰口7;利用所述的吹灰枪4定期对烟气通道3的壁面和沼气池2的壁面上的积灰进行吹灰,吹下来的积灰从所述的除灰口7清理出来,清理出来的灰可做为制造水泥、砖等建筑材料的原料;在烟气通道3的尾部布置有引风机5,为锅炉排烟流动提供牵引动力,锅炉排烟经过引风机5后进入锅炉烟囱6排入大气;
在烟气通道3的入口处布置有烟气通道入口调节阀9,在烟气通道3的出口处布置有烟气通道出口调节阀10,通过控制所述的烟气通道入口调节阀9和烟气通道出口调节阀10的开度来控制引入烟气通道的锅炉排烟的烟气量,使沼气池内的温度稳定在50~65℃的生产温度。

1.一种节能生物质沼气池,其特征在于,所述的节能生物质沼气池结构如下:
沼气池(2)埋入地下,在其前后两侧各有一面承重墙(1)用于支撑沼气池(2);所述的承重墙(1)将烟气通道(3)分隔为左右两侧,锅炉排烟由一侧流入,另外一侧流出;或者不用承重墙,而是将沼气池(2)整体悬挂布置;
所述沼气池(2)的外围布置有烟气通道(3),烟气通道(3)的左右两侧顶端各布置有一支吹灰枪(4),吹灰枪(4)能够360度自由旋转,用来吹扫烟气通道壁面和沼气池壁面上的积灰;
烟气通道(3)底部布置有除灰口(7),用来排出吹灰枪(4)从烟气通道(3)和沼气池壁面上清扫下来的积灰,同时除灰口(7)还用作烟气通道(3)的检修入口;
在所述的沼气池(2)的中轴处安装有搅拌机(8),所述的搅拌机(8)用来对沼气池中的物料进行搅拌;
在烟气通道(3)的入口处布置有烟气通道入口调节阀(9);在烟气通道(3)的出口处布置有烟气通道出口调节阀(10)和锅炉烟囱(6)。
2.根据权利要求1所述的节能生物质沼气池,其特征在于,所述的烟气通道(3)用水泥混沙子建造,表面粗糙,从而有利于除尘。
3.根据权利要求1所述的节能生物质沼气池,其特征在于,在烟气通道(3)的尾部布置有引风机(5),为锅炉排烟流动提供牵引动力。
