技术领域
本实用新型涉及变电站电气安装工程,尤其是一种屏距安装工具。 
背景技术
目前电力安装工程缺乏减小因屏柜改造施工造成的震动有效方法,震动可能导致相邻运行屏发生保护误动,造成电网跳闸事故。 
传统屏柜拆除(安装)采用直接撬动法,用两根撬棒撬动屏一侧,使其缓慢离开(进入)屏位。施工过程中,由于屏柜上部受到两侧屏柜挤压,阻力大,需加大施工力度,因此会产生很大震动,且震动会传递到相邻运行屏,安全风险高。 
发明内容
为了克服已有屏柜改造中的震动导致相邻运行屏误动、可靠性较差的不足,本实用新型提供一种有效避免震动、可靠性良好的屏距调节器。 
本实用新型解决其技术问题所采用的技术方案是: 
一种屏距调节器,包括左固定座和右固定座,所述左固定座与左内螺纹管固定连接,所述右固定座与右螺纹管固定连接,所述左内螺纹管的螺纹方向与所述右螺纹管的螺纹方向相反,螺杆的左段安装在所述左螺纹管内,所述螺杆的右段安装在所述右螺纹管内,所述螺杆的中部为调节手柄。 
进一步,所述调节手柄为螺母,所述螺帽内设有供螺丝刀插入的 通孔。 
本实用新型的有益效果主要表现在:有效避免震动、可靠性良好。

参照图1,一种屏距调节器,包括左固定座1和右固定座2,所述左固定座1与左内螺纹管3固定连接,所述右固定座2与右螺纹管4固定连接,所述左内螺纹管3的螺纹方向与所述右螺纹管4的螺纹方向相反,螺杆5的左段安装在所述左螺纹管3内,所述螺杆5的右段安装在所述右螺纹管4内,所述螺杆5的中部为调节手柄6。 
进一步,所述调节手柄为螺母,所述螺帽内设有供螺丝刀插入的通孔。 
本实施例中,屏距调节器采用镀锌钢材作为主构件,其强度满足撑开两侧屏柜受力要求;屏距调节器采用螺纹调节方式,力矩输出线性,作用力放大明显;螺杆由两段等距的正反牙螺纹组成,实现长度调节方向一致性效果;屏距调节器的长度调节范围在60cm-90cm,使用于各类屏柜安装;螺杆中间串焊一颗螺帽,用作长度调节,且螺帽内有Φ6mm的通孔,可插入螺丝刀旋转,便于长度调节;屏距调节器设计为“凸”字型,使用时安装在两侧屏顶吊环处,便于底下屏柜能完全进出(屏顶有小母线,因此屏距调节器必须高出屏顶一定距离)考虑到两侧屏柜屏顶小母线带电,因此屏距调节器除中间螺杆之外,其 余部件均加红色绝缘热塑套。 
屏距调节器撑开两侧屏柜,使其不再对中间屏造成挤压,因而可以轻松将中间屏推进、推出,不产生较大震动。

1.一种屏距调节器,其特征在于:所述调节器包括左固定座和右固定座,所述左固定座与左内螺纹管固定连接,所述右固定座与右螺纹管固定连接,所述左内螺纹管的螺纹方向与所述右螺纹管的螺纹方向相反,螺杆的左段安装在所述左螺纹管内,所述螺杆的右段安装在所述右螺纹管内,所述螺杆的中部为调节手柄。
2.如权利要求1所述的屏距调节器,其特征在于:所述调节手柄为螺母,所述螺帽内设有供螺丝刀插入的通孔。
