技术领域
本实用新型涉及一种管道过滤装置，尤其涉及一种排泥过滤器。
背景技术
目前，工业及市政水处理沉淀池浓缩池等构筑物出泥口处不安装任何过滤设备或安装普通管道过滤器。如不安装任何过滤设备，沉淀池浓缩池等沉淀下来的杂物通过出泥口容易造成管道或后续泥浆泵等设备堵塞，影响正常生产。如安装普通管道过滤器，清理、检修、更换麻烦。
发明内容
为克服现有技术的不足，本实用新型的目的是提供一种排泥过滤器，清淤方便，过滤器设有清洗口，安装拆卸方便。
为实现上述目的，本实用新型通过以下技术方案实现：
一种排泥过滤器，包括滤筒、过滤网、排泥口、冲洗口、排污管、进口阀门、清扫阀门，过滤网插接在滤筒内，滤筒侧壁上设有排泥口，滤筒上端连接有进口阀门，滤筒下端连接有清扫阀门，清扫阀门与排污管连接；
所述的过滤网为外径小于滤筒内径的筒形结构；
所述的过滤网侧壁设有滤孔、底端设有清淤口；
所述的排污管上设有手动闸阀。
与现有技术相比，本实用新型的有益效果是：
过滤面积增大，清理杂物方便彻底，增加冲洗口方便清洗，侧壁出液，底部清理杂物，安装拆卸方便快捷，成本低廉。

具体实施方式
下面结合说明书附图对本实用新型进行详细地描述，但是应该指出本实用新型的实施不限于以下的实施方式。
见图1，一种排泥过滤器，包括滤筒2、过滤网1、排泥口3、冲洗口4、排污管6、进口阀门、清扫阀门5，过滤网1插接在滤筒2内，滤筒2侧壁上设有排泥口3，滤筒2上端连接有进口阀门，滤筒2下端连接有清扫阀门10，清扫阀门10与排污管6连接；
所述的过滤网1为外径小于滤筒2内径的筒形结构；
所述的过滤网1侧壁设有滤孔7、底端设有清淤口8；
所述的排污管6上设有手动闸阀。
将本实用新型安装在沉淀池、浓缩池排泥管道或其他需要过滤的管道上，滤筒2顶部和底部用于拆除检修的进口阀门和清扫阀门5（底部的清扫阀门5需通透，确保清理杂物顺畅）、内置筒式过滤网1，滤筒2侧壁留有排泥口3及冲洗口4。
打开进口阀门，沉淀池底部泥浆通过进泥口9进入内部，浆液从侧壁排泥口3流出，杂物被截流在筒式过滤网1内。当杂物积累到一定程度，关闭顶部进口阀门，然后打开底部清扫阀门5，进行清扫。视情况可接一路水源至冲洗口4，对过滤网1进行冲洗。过滤网1以插入方式安装进滤筒2内，更换时打开底部法兰紧固螺栓即可。
过滤网1采用3mm厚不锈钢制作，侧壁开Φ8mm孔作为滤孔7，可视要求调整侧壁开孔（滤孔7）大小及过滤网1厚度。
本实用新型与外部管道连接处均带相应配对法兰及紧固件垫片，各管径及阀门大小可视流量调整。
本实用新型安装于沉淀池、浓缩池的排泥管，截留底泥中较大杂质，防止堵塞泥浆泵及管道，过滤面积增大、清理杂物方便彻底、增加冲洗口方便清洗、侧壁出液、底部清理杂物、安装拆卸方便快捷，避免了原有类似工程经常造成管道堵塞或设备损坏的不利情况。

1.一种排泥过滤器，其特征在于，包括滤筒、过滤网、排泥口、冲洗口、排污管、进口阀门、清扫阀门，过滤网插接在滤筒内，滤筒侧壁上设有排泥口，滤筒上端连接有进口阀门，滤筒下端连接有清扫阀门，清扫阀门与排污管连接。
2.根据权利要求1所述的一种排泥过滤器，其特征在于，所述的过滤网为外径小于滤筒内径的筒形结构。
3.根据权利要求1所述的一种排泥过滤器，其特征在于，所述的过滤网侧壁设有滤孔、底端设有清淤口。
4.根据权利要求1所述的一种排泥过滤器，其特征在于，所述的排污管上设有手动闸阀。
