技术领域
本实用新型属于鞋底技术领域,具体涉及一种具有高回弹缓冲性能的鞋底。 
背景技术
现有的儿童鞋底材质较硬,不能缓和着地的冲击,穿着不舒适,容易疲劳,不利于儿童脚部的生长发育。现有技术中仅仅通过改变鞋底的材料来克服上述问题,虽然其在一定程度上改善了鞋底的缓冲性,但其根本上并没有解决问题。 
实用新型内容
针对现有技术存在的问题,本实用新型的目的在于设计提供一种具有高回弹缓冲性能的鞋底的技术方案。该鞋底具有高弹性、高缓冲性,并且穿着舒适。 
所述的一种具有高回弹缓冲性能的鞋底,包括第一弹性层,其特征在于所述的第一弹性层中设置一组缓冲腔,所述的缓冲腔中设置能够在腔体内进行弹性活塞运动的弹性活塞体,所述的第一弹性层表面设置将弹性活塞体限制在缓冲腔中的第二弹性层。 
所述的一种具有高回弹缓冲性能的鞋底,其特征在于所述的第一弹性层的前掌部、后掌部或全掌部设置一组缓冲腔。 
所述的一种具有高回弹缓冲性能的鞋底,其特征在于所述的弹性活塞体包括弹性体和活塞体,所述的弹性体上端顶触第二弹性层,所述的弹性体下端顶触活塞体。 
所述的一种具有高回弹缓冲性能的鞋底,其特征在于所述的弹性体为柔性弹簧或柔性弹片。 
所述的一种具有高回弹缓冲性能的鞋底,其特征在于所述的活塞体底部为内凹、外凸或平面结构。 
上述的一种具有高回弹缓冲性能的鞋底,结构简单,设计合理,从根本上改变现有的鞋底结构,整个鞋底由两层弹性层构成,第一弹性层中设置弹性活塞体,弹性活塞体在缓冲腔中能够进行弹性活塞运动,采用上述结构后,该鞋底富有弹性,提高了鞋底的柔韧性、抗冲击性,提高了穿着的舒适度,并且该鞋底具有助力回弹的效果,助于儿童走姿的矫正。

具体实施方式
以下结合说明书附图来进一步说明本实用新型。 
如图所示,一种具有高回弹缓冲性能的鞋底包括第一弹性层4、复合设置在第一弹性层4上的第二弹性层1和弹性活塞体。第一弹性层4的前掌部、后掌部或者全掌部设置一组缓冲腔3,缓冲腔3可以为规则分布,也可以无规则分布。缓冲腔3中设置设置弹性活塞体,弹性活塞体上端与第二弹性层1弹性配合,弹性活塞体的下端能够在缓冲腔3腔体内进行活塞运动。第二弹性层1主要作用是将弹性活塞体限制在缓冲腔3中。 
弹性活塞体的优选结构为相互连接的弹性体2和活塞体5。弹性体2为柔性弹簧或柔性弹片,其顶部与第二弹性层1弹性连接,其底部与活塞体5连接。活塞体5底部为内凹、外凸或平面结构。 
行走时,鞋底中一部分弹性体2受力压缩,活塞体5向下运动,起到缓冲的作用;弹性体2上的受力撤销后,弹性体2需要回复原形,同时活塞体5向上运动,起到回弹作用。 
以上所述及图中所示的仅是本实用新型的优选实施方式。应当指出,对于本领域的普通技术人员来说,在不脱离本实用新型原理的前提下,还可以作出若干变型和改进,这些也应视为属于本实用新型的保护范围。 

Claims (5)

1.一种具有高回弹缓冲性能的鞋底,包括第一弹性层(4),其特征在于所述的第一弹性层(4)中设置一组缓冲腔(3),所述的缓冲腔(3)中设置能够在腔体内进行弹性活塞运动的弹性活塞体,所述的第一弹性层(4)表面设置将弹性活塞体限制在缓冲腔(3)中的第二弹性层(1)。
2.如权利要求1所述的一种具有高回弹缓冲性能的鞋底,其特征在于所述的第一弹性层(4)的前掌部、后掌部或全掌部设置一组缓冲腔(3)。
3.如权利要求1所述的一种具有高回弹缓冲性能的鞋底,其特征在于所述的弹性活塞体包括弹性体(2)和活塞体(5),所述的弹性体(2)上端顶触第二弹性层(1),所述的弹性体(2)下端连接活塞体(5)。
4.如权利要求3所述的一种具有高回弹缓冲性能的鞋底,其特征在于所述的弹性体(2)为柔性弹簧或柔性弹片。
5.如权利要求3所述的一种具有高回弹缓冲性能的鞋底,其特征在于所述的活塞体(5)底部为内凹、外凸或平面结构。
