[0002] 原有的水泥窖预热器用内筒挂片多采用耐热钢或者碳化硅两种材质,但在预热器内高温含尘风砂的冲刷下,耐热钢材质的内筒挂片磨损非常严重,同时由于预热器内部充满了高温碱性气体,使得耐热钢极易产生氧化腐蚀,使用寿命短;而碳化硅材质的内筒挂片,虽然能够耐磨耐腐蚀,但是造价高,生产周期长,且易破损。为改变原有的不足,目前国内水泥窑预热器用陶瓷内筒多采用陶瓷挂片连接而成,但是相邻的挂片不易装配,且多留有间隙,密封性能差,同时在预热器上安装陶瓷挂片,需要一种能快速安装且后续拆卸、维护方便的固定座,以保证挂片安装快速,结构稳定。
