抽油机在维修时，需要把配种蓝或油缸下落至地面或到底。维修结束的时候再把配种蓝或者油缸恢复到原来的位置，挂上负荷。但是配种蓝或油缸的重量很重，给恢复到原位工作带来了很大的困难，因此，应该提供一种新的技术方案解决上述问题。

本实用新型的目的是：针对上述不足，提供一种结构合理，使用方面，在维修时可以保持配种蓝或油缸不下落的栓绳横担结构。
