目前，抽油机配重篮上的配重篮钢丝绳与配重篮是通过紧固件进行固定的，这种固定方式，固定效果不好，长时间使用容易造成钢丝绳松动，断裂，易引起安全事故。因此，应该提供一种新的技术方案解决上述问题。

本实用新型的目的是：针对上述不足，提供一种结构合理、稳定性高的配重篮钢丝绳固定机构。
为实现上述目的，本实用新型采用的技术方案是：
配重篮钢丝绳固定机构，固定安装于配重篮的横梁上，包括摇板，所述摇板的两侧设有挡绳板，所述挡绳板通过固定件与摇板固定连接。
所述固定件为螺钉。
本实用新型的优点是：结构简单，在摇板的两侧设置挡绳板可以避免配重篮钢丝绳长期工作造成的钢丝绳发生位移，可以避免安全事故的发生，可有效的节约资源。
